Reagan came to realize that his amnesty was a mistake and his amnesty was an itty-bitty piker compared to what President Walker’s amnesty would be. President Walker would be the last president in this country to even pretend he was a conservative, so much would our voter base tilt toward Latin American politics once he was done with it.

Exactly. Walker could have called on both sides to declare a truce, but, no, he chose to lecture the TEA Party. One by one, Republican governors are really pissing me off, and I’d rather not support a rookie Senator (one of those is FUBARing the country right now).

Walker: Lectures TEA Party
Perry: Endorses Mitch McConnell
Pence: Expands Medicaid
Kasich: More Medicaid expansion
Martinez: Even more Medicaid expansion
Brewer: Supported McCain’s immigration bill
Haley: She’s a Mittwit

That leaves... Bobby Jindal, who isn’t exactlly Mr. Excitement.

Sigh.

Well that is why we have a Senate and House. President Walker will not be able to do a thing unless he gets a bill on his desk. We have been able to fight back a lot of things that the country didn’t want....Social Security change, Bush’s Supreme Court picks. It can happen. I don’t think you need to throw out somebody before they even announce. And President Reagan should own his bills he signed and not say after the fact, “Whoops!” Love the guy, but that is just cheesy.

Did you not pay any attention to the Bush administrations? Often the best way to get liberal legislation is to have a GOP president push it, because his party is very hesitant to go against his initiatives. As it is, the pro-amnesty forces are gaining ground in Congress before a prospective President Walker even takes office.

Why should we wait until someone announces before throwing him out?

I want him for President. He is strong and has been tested. I don’t want a Senator again as they stink. They have absolutely zero leadership skills. Governors all the way. If not Walker then at a least another governor. I absolutely do not in any way want a Senator and may never vote for another one again for President. That is how much they suck.

Hey, Gov. Walker, what if a Republican is no different than a Democrat? What's the point for voting for that Republican?

Second question, I thought the Tea Party was dead and has no influence, why do you then have to ask them not to primary RINO/big government Republicans? What's the point of that?

Stupid, stupid, stupid, Gov. Walker. Stay out da' mainstream media and the establishment. They're going to lead you astray every time.

You sure are an adult. /sarc. What a spoiled child your are. Quite disgusting actually.

As if your opinion of me matters one bit.

Your tag line says all I need to know about you and your feelings about Walker or anyone who thinks less of him.

As for being a spoiled child? More like unemployed since September and facing the very real possibility of never being able to work in my trade again because of those illegal aliens who are granted amnesty will be in direct competition with me for work. You will understand why I have problems with and take offense with Walker when he feels it necessary to lecture me about going after Republicans that support amnesty as well. You tell Mr. Walker that first you must clean the trash from your own party before you can start taking out the democrat trash.

Nobody guaranteed you anything. Time to go into another industry. North Dakota would be a place I recommend you relocate and start over. You will find success there. Good Luck!!!!

I completely agree. I live in Wisconsin and I am happy that Walker has done some good things here in Wisconsin to point it in the right direction. However, I don’t think he would be the best person to try to move America back into the right direction (if that’s even possible anymore with all of ‘moderate’ Republicans in office).

A squishy Republican in Wisconsin was a huge victory after Doyle, but America would do much better with a stronger conservative.

So policy and the future of our country be damned, you want Walker because he’s been a governor?

Yikes!

On the one hand, I want us to be smart and not throw blanket solutions around. We need to consider the best candidate for each race and in some cases, it may come down to a choice between a RINO or a Demoncrat. Though hard to tell the difference, the RINO is preferable in that case as it takes one seat from the dems, if nothing else. If we elect enough conservatives elsewhere, the rinos could be marginalized by the rest.

On the other hand, voters inexplicably are lazy and vote (seemingly) based on name recognition or who the tv “tells” them to vote for — last I heard, Boehner was still leading his race (LORD help us!!!). So with boneheaded voters in the mix, perhaps we need a dumbed down, blanket solution like “kick the RINO/incumbents out”, in hopes those lazy voters can understand the need.

Honestly, sometimes I think we’d do just as well by flipping coins when deciding on tactics & overall strategy. Standing tall and speaking the truth just seems to be ignored these days.

“Brawndo!! It’s got what plants crave!!”

9YearLurker constantly quotes the same leftist hit pieces as if they were gold on any thread about Walker. The writer of his favorite link is Daniel Strauss. If you don’t know who Daniel Strauss of The Hill is - he’s one of the Journolistas and totally PRO-Amnesty. His specialty is hit pieces on Conservatives.

Here’s Daniel Strauss on Palin:

http://prospect.org/article/brief-history-palin-scandals

Here’s his bio:

http://talkingpointsmemo.com/profile/danielstrauss

Daniel Strauss is a reporter for Talking Points Memo. He was previously a breaking news reporter for The Hill newspaper and has written for Politico, Roll Call, The American Prospect, and Gaper’s Block. He has also interned at Democracy: A Journal of Ideas and The New Yorker. Daniel grew up in Chicago and graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in History. At Michigan he helped edit Consider, a weekly opinion magazine.

A look at any of his opinions on any of the above would gag a maggot. Lurker uses this cranks opinions to bolster his ridiculous assertions.

Personally, I’m enraged at illegal immigration. I think that these attacks on Walker from inside have to be by plants who time their attacks to destroy real conservatives who measure up through their deeds.

The post in front of this one shows where you get your quotes.

Congrats on mining the totalitarian left to support your theories. The burden of poof is now back on you to buttress your wild lies from your radical leftist source.

Go ahead, we're now listening.........

When Mitt Romney was on MSNBC a few weeks ago, he put Scott
Walker on his list of presidential material along with Jeb Bush, but omitting Ted Cruz, Sarah Palin or Rand Paul...
That meant something to me.
