Worked in the military procurement system for years, and the HQ would beg us to order parts and office supplies to spend the entire budget for the FY. If we didn't, the next year we would get budget cuts.
Gee, the VA officials got bonuses because gamed the system to make it look like veterans were being quickly seen and treated. This is not only reprehensible it is criminal fraud. The VA is a bloated federal bureaucracy and by cutting the bureaucrats and paper pushers they could have more than enough money to treat veterans. Matter of fact the VA could be eliminated entirely and simply pay for veterans care.
What evidence does this dope have that this is what happened? Zero. Absolutely none. But its a good story to say that people lied and cooked books as a result of pressure to cut spending and the DNC drones in the media simply repeat the lies.

I just talked to a vet who’s waiting on a surgery I had a few years ago. He has an ileostomy bag and has been waiting a year to get his innards reattached. I waited 2 months, but my wait was totally based on my health. He served on a deck of a carrier in 68 and 69, 18 hours a day, 6 days a week. My point is, this is a real problem, this isn’t a time for hoes like Murray to score points.
