...Regardless of the question of whether he has had his genitals amputated, Cox is not a woman, but an effigy of a woman. Sex is a biological reality, and it is not subordinate to subjective impressions, no matter how intense those impressions are, how sincerely they are held, or how painful they make facing the biological facts of life. No hormone injection or surgical mutilation is sufficient to change that.
Genital amputation and mutilation is the extreme expression of the phenomenon, but it is hardly outside the mainstream of contemporary medical practice. The trans self-conception, if the autobiographical literature is any guide, is partly a feeling that one should be living ones life as a member of the opposite sex and partly a delusion that one is in fact a member of the opposite sex at some level of reality that transcends the biological facts in question. There are many possible therapeutic responses to that condition, but the offer to amputate healthy organs in the service of a delusional tendency is the moral equivalent of meeting a man who believes he is Jesus and inquiring as to whether his insurance plan covers crucifixion.

Now THAT I didn’t know——thanks for the info.
.
First time I’ve read that. No idea why he’d do that. Lord, the world’s going crazy.
It is indeed manufactured, and IMO is a violation of professional ethics. People with opposite-sex delusions need compassion and therapy, not mutilation.

Not at all true. 1:500 males is born XXY, or with Klinefelter's syndrome (47XXY), although some XXY identify as females and have been documented as giving birth. 48XXYY is rare, but it occurs naturally.
There are XXX, XXXX, XXXXY, XXXXX, and XYY syndromes. I have personal experience with testing for Turner Syndrome in a child: 45X, 46XdelXp, 46XiXq, or a blend of 45X, 46XX, 46XY, and other cells.
We haven't even touched on hermaphroditism, or 47XXY, 46XX/46XY, or 46XX/47XXY.
I just went on the Atkins diet. Some of those X-factors look like my current T-shirt size.
These combinations are statistical abnormalities which do not affect the strictly defined chromosomal attributes of the normal male or the normal female, nor the wholly unnatural practice of attempted gender reversal, which once again exists mostly in the reverser’s mind & is maintained only with the aid of powerful pharmaceuticals.
“Her” surname is “Cox”!?!?!?! That’s hilarious.
Is “her” middle name “Severed”?
