Oh, it’s about O alright — because he ridiculed it and promised to fix it, 6 years ago.

Could you imagine if the MSM was this protective of Nixon?

Actually, the core Obama voters & Democrats are hopeless. The majority of the country doesn’t approve.

Did they poll the faculty lounges of the 50 most left-wing colleges and high schools?

The same thing was said about Clinton and his cigar and lying under oath perversion.

The proof, though, was in the next election—no one can tell me that Clinton’s character didn’t hurt Gore. It did.

I can believe that O has sunk about as low in approval rating as he’s going to get. But I also believe that the approval is going to get shallower and less enthusiastic and the disapproval is going to get more intense.

Don’t think its about O, its just that most Americans realize that the politicians of both parties are fools who cannot fix any problem regardless of party.

One of the main reasons the problems can’t be corrected in all areas of our government is that the Federal employees are protected by being members of UNIONS. It’s nearly impossible for a Fed employee to be fired for violating the laws or even just for incompetence. ....Nothing will change until unionization of Federal and State employees is ended, IMO.

I knew the VA scandal wouldn’t hurt him anymore than the other “phoney” scandals did.

Nothing will stick to him. He will never be held accountable for anything. I have seen some colorful descriptions, of the things that the Obungler could get away with, but today, for the first time I could ever remember, some guest on Fox News, right there on national TV, said he could murder someone, in plain view of the media, and get away with it. He is right. We are right. He could do exactly that, and get away with it.

So it’s official: They’ve filtered all the polls to restrict participation to only LIV voters...

Few issues actually get into day to day conversation. Other than with friends who are like minded, the only issue I recall over the past six years that comes up in conversation with strangers is the government shutdown last fall. The media controls the country’s mindset. I’ve never heard anyone talk about ACORN, fast and furious, the IRS scandal, benzagi, or any other obama screw up. Government shutdown made into constant conversation and small talk.

Not sure about that. The Reuters and Fox polls that came out yesterday had him at 38 and 40 respectively. Which could be byproduct of Bergdahl deal too.

“I’ve never heard anyone talk about...”

One of the reasons is that Republican leaders don’t really talk about .... They talk about cutting deals.

The cake is baked... Demographics, Pop culture, lap dog media, public schools, all are aggressively pro Obama.

The ONE can do no wrong.

Old White Guy is the new N****R.

Very true, as well. Our side has dreadful messaging. The only ones that seem to do it right are Ted Cruz and the NRA. The rest are dreadful.

My thinking was in line with the power of the media/entertainment/education effect on public discussion. The things that are clearly important don't make it into conversation because the typical American barely hears of them, or hears a one-sided version.

Your point is quite valid that our side does a terrible job getting it out. We have two strikes against us with the media environment, but the third strike is self-imposed.

The electorate is numb to the continuous barrage of scandals.

I used to shake my head in disbelief every week or so during Bush....now it’s a near daily event.

“Actually, the core Obama voters & Democrats are hopeless. The majority of the country doesn’t approve.”

Correct. The Marxist cannot drop below 43% approval. That’s a very solid, concrete and reinforced floor. All future bad news will have no effect on that 43% — they will love and worship him, regardless.

“Honestly, this country is hopeless.”............

Its not the “entire” country that is hopeless, its the dumb asses that voted odumbo in the second time, its the media that continues to carry his water, its the congress that fails to challenge him, its not the entire country but damn close to it.
