The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) on Friday became the most prominent religious group in the United States to endorse divestment as a protest against Israeli policies toward Palestinians, voting to sell church stock in three companies whose products Israel uses in the occupied territories.
Last week, the pension board of the United Methodist Church, the largest mainline Protestant group in the U.S., revealed plans to sell its holdings worth about $110,000 in G4S, which provides security equipment and has contracts with Israel's prison system.

Most Protestant churches seem to be going that way.
I don’t know that they are the church of satan, however, I do believe they have lost their first calling as a Christian church.
This is part of the reason Mainline denominations are losing members at alarming rates.
I’ve been a Presbyterian for a long time but I’m out - this is disgusting.
I am not sure of the numbers of these liberal churches but I can speak to my Presbyterian Church of America (PCA) church and bible-believing churches in my area. My church has sustained a 10-20% annual growth rate over the last ten dollars. In my area bible-believing protestant churches are doing quite well. So I would not paint such a broad brush.

It’s nice to see that they have finally gotten rid of any semblance of appearing Christian - support for gay marriage and ditching Israel under the bus - yep devil’s spawn!
