House Speaker John Boehner could file a lawsuit against President Barack Obama in days, in an attempt to challenge the administration's heavy use of executive actions to further its agenda.
Roll Call's Daniel Newhause reports Boehner told House Republicans during a closed-door meeting on Tuesday he could have an announcement in the coming days on whether he will mount the legal challenge. According to the report, he has been "consulting with legal scholars" ahead of his next move.
Boehner's office confirmed the Roll Call story, but declined to comment on whether specific executive actions would be targeted. Any legal action by Boehner would be a significant and somewhat unprecedented challenge to executive power.

Because he will be acquitted in the Senate. WHATEVER he does, doesn’t matter.

Come the day after elections, and given the Senate moving to Republican hands, IMPEACHMENT that day.

Much the same as Sheriff Arpaio had all his facts ready next week.

How absurd! The House of Representatives IS the court for this matter.
So the legislative branch whines to the judicial branch. Why not use the power of the House? Cripple or defund the agencies Obama is directing to violate the Constitution! The EPA can’t enforce its rules if it has to exhaust its budget to buy a box of paper clips.

How about looking at what it says at the top of the US Constitution!

John Boehner is but one person. Badgered enough to attempt the impossible, he is finally reacting “Okay folks, I will.”
Seriously, stop. If you support Boehner, be succint in "why". I won't waste any further time with this game.
‘Boehner’ and ‘gigantic’ are mutually exclusive terms. If any Republican does anything remotely realistic about the rampant corruption by this president, the media will draw and quarter him and federal agencies will harass, intimidate and prosecute him. Boehner wants desperately to play Obama’s game.
Rather than follow the Constitutional prescriptions for a rouge president: defunding and impeachment. The House can also arrest administration officers.

God has permitted Satan to get America under his cloven hoofs. A situation like that is often to teach a person, or a people, the lesson that only God Himself will free them. And the person or people may finally swallow their pride and say yes, we will lean on the invisible. It is at that point that God will begin to bless, right in the existing situation.
The devil roars with delight to see self righteous negativity, since he knows that those doing the shooting do not have an ounce of power to resurrect anything.
Through much pain in my own life, I have learned that the answer to any problem is to stop and actively look for God’s Spirit, then cooperate with THAT.
