BREAKING: McDaniel Supporters Barred From Reviewing Voter Rolls in Three Mississippi Counties
Gateway Pundit ^ | 6/27/14 | Jim Hoft

Posted on 06/27/2014 8:46:23 AM PDT by blueyon

Breaking– The Chris McDaniel campaign identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots were cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted. This comes after 25,000-35,000 Democrat votes helped push Thad Cochran to victory over Chris McDaniel (by 6,880 votes) in the June 24 runoff.

The McDaniel campaign has already found 1,000 examples in one county of Democrats who voted in the June 3rd primary as Democrats and then crossed over into the Republican primary this week. This is illegal and their votes should not be counted.

Update—– Lindsay Krout, an independent contractor working in Mississippi, was barred from reviewing voter rolls in Lafayette County Mississippi Friday morning.

He is battling the Republican Party in this particular case, which has very little difference from the Democrats.

This is illegal and their votes should not be counted.

Well it's evidence of illegality and may be grounds for calling a new run-off election but you can't just throw the votes out since you don't know who they were cast for.

I don’t understand, which nominee?

Write-in’s could be Democrat, independent or Republicans, how do you know which is which?

This should be enough to put certification of the election results on hold.

You would think. But considering who put those people who will certify the election in their office in the first place I'm not holding my breath.

And (as a GOP party guru told me), starting a Republican civil war does not benefit the conservative’s.

Don't know if you realize it or not, but we're ALREADY in a civil war!

This is a salacious headline and does our side no good. (That’s not directed at you. I’m just pointing it out in general.)

The circuit clerk must, by law, redact SSN and DOB from the pollbooks before providing a copy to the public. (I read MS election code on pollbooks for a long time last night.)

The supporters were not “barred” from seeing the pollbooks. They were told to come back when the clerk had had time to redact the data.

Could the clerk be taking her sweet time? Sure. Did she refuse to provide access? No. There’s enough about this race to be enraged over without this type of hype.

“The only recourse left is to vote for the Democrat to makes sure the GOP Establishment does not profit from their treachery.”

Brilliant! Let’s let Obama keep destroying the country unconstrained. What a terrific “conservative” plan. Are you also recommending voting for Hillary too?(/sarc)

Drudge just posted it on Tweeter so he knows about it and I have been doing that also and I think his mailbox is totally full. Since last night many Freepers have been sending him theses stories :)
Thank you for doing your part on getting this out there

We gave the ballots to the IRS for safe keeping in their vaults. You can ask them to let you in to have a look

What if it was another name?

How would the vote counters know if the “write-in” was supposed to be in place of Cochran and not the Democrat?

I agree. I started to dig up the info and decided to heck with it. CHAPTER 15 MISSISSIPPI
ELECTION CODE provides for the processes and that is what will have to be followed. Take care.
