Breitbart News ^ | 6/28/14 | Kerry Picket

A group of American independent security contractors on the ground in Arizona witnessed smugglers and mules running for the American side of the border, when a Mexican military helicopter shot at U.S. border patrol agents.

"They saw the smugglers and mules hastily moving ahead of the Mexican army crossing the river and moving quickly for cover on the US side. Then the helicopter flew in firing at near by border patrol. The smugglers and mules scattered,” Matthew Leber, spokesman for The American Patriots The Three Percent, an organization who helps solicit private donations for the team of former special ops, told Breitbart News Friday night.

Cute donkey

Seriously, I find myself in the rare agreement with Bill O’reilly that its time to boycott Mexico.

Our Marine is in Jail for almost 3 months and Mexico who has lots of Oil money has given us nothing but trouble on the border.

This would stop really quickly if we boycott Mexico.

Want to hurt Mexico? Want to get their attention.

Make it illegal to for Mexican Citizens to transfer US dollars out of the United States.

Make them first convert the dollars to pesos at a US bank. Most Mexican illegals buy money orders to send money home which is relatively cheap. Converting the dollars to pesos is more expensive.

The price of converting those dollars at a bank would reduce the amount of money rolling in to Mexico from the US by enough to get Mexico’s attention.

US banks would be all for it because it would be a new profit center.

But we are allowing this to happen.

Where is the outrage over our government allowing an invasion of our country from the south?

They are collaborating with 3rd world governments for the purpose of ripping our country out form under us, and people in this country are just sitting around with their thumbs in their asses.

Just another fruit of drug prohibition.

If it was out in the open there wouldn't be any smuggling/black market.

Thank you Carrie Nation.

What utter nonsense...this is about the commits headed by O and Ayers wanting to destroy the US. Apparently you have list too many brain cells to understand the larger picture

I had considered that but doubted it would be legal and certainly not moral.

I would consider it legal and moral to make it illegal for Illegal Aliens to transfer funds out of the US but that would put banks in the position of determining a person’s citizenship and legal residency.

Of course it would be difficult to single out Mexico from other foreign countries, so we would probably end up with a law that required all foreigners to convert dollars to the currency of their homeland.

That would be a problem for the US because our country depends on foreign countries holding our currency. If they didn’t hold our currency the dollar would collapse.

If all of the dollars held abroad were to return to the US inflation would run rampant.

After further consideration it is a bad idea.

We have frozen others out from transferring funds because they are terrorists. It is easy enough to stop all transfers to Mexican banks

Declaring Mexico a terrorist nation seems like an unlikely step.

In a more resolute day it would be Marines and “Montezuma or bust” figuratively speaking.

Well Sly, it probably is sooner or later that it will happen. But it may happen as part of a larger despair of any kind of good social morality and that would not be good. It would be a step out of the frying pan (of hating proxies to evil) into the fire (of not hating evil at all).

Better to get people familiar again with a personal God. This is the only true reason that can be given for not scapegoating the creation (and by the way such a worldview would also helpfully address guns/ammo/armaments as well as medicinal items).
