Senate Republicans paid for Mississippi attack ads painting tea partiers as racist: report
The Washington Times ^ | 7/16/14

Mississippi attack ads that painted conservative Republicans and tea partiers as racists were funded by Senate Republicans, RedState editor-in-chief Erick Erickson has confirmed.

Advertisements by All Citizens for Mississippi, which attacked state Sen. Chris McDaniel and painted conservatives as racists, were partly funded by Sens. Mitch McConnell, John Cornyn, Rob Portman, Bob Corker and Roy Blunt, RedState reported.

According to documents filed with the Federal Elections Commission, All Citizens for Mississippi received funding from a Haley Barbour-backed group called Mississippi Conservatives.

“We live in a one party nation.”

This is becoming more apparent every day now.

It’s time to purge these assclowns from the once proud Republican party, and replace them with principled conservatives who still believe in principals championed by our founding documents.

In a more civilized time, they would be frog marched out of their offices and horsewhipped.

A third party consisting of conservatives is doomed from the get go, given the entrenched nature of our ruling elite, and their media lapdogs.

It’s sad that the people of MS know so little; this could have all been avoided. Cochran clearly is unsuited for his position.

Or votes. Why would you vote for trash that calls you racists and radicals?

At times I pulled straight R tickets, those days have been long gone a since 1992 and the GOPE has no one to blame but themselves.

I am sure the GOPE trash apologist will be along soon to remind us how much they love us and how not voting for their liberal is bad and how we are all in one big tent full of love and happiness, until they do a smack down on conservatives-—again.

I essentially agree with you, but you’ve just seen how difficult it will be to replace GOPe Republicans with U.S. Loyalist Republicans.

What has Boehner done except cow tow to Obama since January 5th, 2011?

Yep he’s only been speaker for 3.5 years. Seems like 50.

Yet the Republibots here and elsewhere will insist (even harder!) that we must support these folks.

Here's the original article from Red State from which the WaTimes copied their article.

From the Red State article:

In the past I have made a big deal about contributing to the candidate that most reflects your political beliefs. As opposed to contributing to someplace like the NRSC where you have no control over how your money get spent.

But, based on that quote above, even donating direct to the candidate may be hazardous.

“What the hell is wrong with these nimrods? Do they *want* the GOP base to stay home, thus keeping the Senate under Dingy Harry’s thumb? It sure seems like they do.”

In a manner of speaking, they do. They would rather see the Senate stay in RAT hands if it means that they don’t give up any of “their seats” to the Tea Party. They have clearly put maintaining control of the GOLP ahead of replacing any RATs.

Funded by the usual suspects - Sens. Mitch McConnell, John Cornyn, Rob Portman, Bob Corker and Roy Blunt, RedState reported.

The Rino’s win either way. If they gain the Senate or lose the Senate.
The only way they really lose is if they are individually voted out of office. That should tell you where conservatives need to continue to focus our laser beam.

Every pol lives with the gut wrenching fear that the next election will reveal him to be a time serving piece of sh@t that has done nothing to serve the people whom he was elected to represent.

It is up to us, the voter, to open our collective mouths and cry foul. RINOS win because WE elect them.

Of course they want the current base gone. The base doesn’t represent their values.

In some of these ads they refer to McDaniel as the “tea party” candidate. Can you run political ads where you lie about what actual party the person is in? Can you run ads saying McCain is the “Allah Ackbar Party” candidate? Or Pelosi is the “abducted by aliens party” candidate?

A guy in my area who claims to be a conservative and has run as one in the past, Charlie Gerow, told talk show host Gary Sutton on WSBA Radio this week that we need to trust John Cornyn on immigration because he was the “chief law enforcement officer” of Texas.

Cornyn is part of the crooked GOP Senate leadership that stooped to this new low of going Democrat to win an election.

How can John Cornyn be trusted on immigration or any other issue?????
