MK Danny Danon responded to US President Barack Obama's demand for an unconditional ceasefire saying, "We need a ceasefire from the attacks coming from Obama and the government in Washington. Just as the US fought with determination against the Taliban, we must continue hitting Hamas and destroying the infrastructure of terror."
He also added: "We need to withstand the pressure on us and worry about the interests of the State of Israel."
Can Israelis issue fatwas? Just a thought.
If its any consolation, the American people need one too.

If a Bar Mitzva is supposed to acknowledge and celebrate a boy becoming a man, maybe there is an opposite ritual to acknowledge (certainly not celebrate) the fact that our president has , how shall I put it? De-balled himself and much of our country by association.
Great catch Dave! The Israelis know who Barry is and are not going to roll over and die for a proven enemy. It’s amazing the damage that has been done by a man with no authentic papers whose background story has more holes than Swiss cheese. He is definitely not Israel’s friend or ally.

Obama has, up to now, frustrated a lot of allies, but Kerry’s recent move, along with Obama’s follow-up call, just might have a few Israelis wondering about the “ally” thing. As Mr. Danon said, “we need a ceasefire from the attacks coming from Obama and the government in Washington.”
Attacks come from one’s enemies, and they might be considering putting Obama and his administration in exactly that category for the duration of his presidency. And who could blame them?
One thing this latest encounter ensures: The Israelis now know they will have to stop Iran’s bomb program on their own. Clearly the Obama administration has no interest in Israel’s security, or worse, sympathizes with those who would see Israel wiped off the map.
Just curious, is there a line in Vegas on the possibility of a nuke being detonated militarily anywhere in the world prior to January 2017?
The way things have been going with this administration, I’d sort of like to watch the odds change over the next couple of years. I’ll bet they wouldn’t going down.
All true. Obama would be shooting hoops with Reggie and news comes in that Iran has fired a nuke at Tel Aviv..... Obama would smirk at Reggie for a few seconds then resume the horseplay.
