Which leads to the natural question: why wasnt he arrested ?
MISSOURI - Dorian Johnson, the friend of Michael Brown who claims he witnessed the police shooting death of the 18-year-old in Ferguson, Missouri, has an outstanding arrest warrant for theft, according to authorities.
Barbara Schaffer, court clerk for the Municipal Court of Jefferson City, confirmed to WND there is a warrant for Johnsons arrest for a 2011 incident. Johnson was arrested June 24, 2011, and a trial was set for July 31, 2013, but he did not appear in court, authorities said.
According to the arrest report, obtained by WND, Dorian J. Johnson, 22, was arrested June 24, 2011, by Jefferson City, Missouri, police after a report of a suspect walking away from an apartment with a package that contained a backpack. Police reported Johnson lied to them about his identity.
In an interview with WND, Johnsons attorney, former St. Louis Mayor Freeman Bosley Jr., acknowledged his client had been arrested in Jefferson City for theft of a parcel.
Bosley insisted the case was resolved.
He was held in jail in St. Louis for 14 days, waiting on Cole County to come get him, based on the warrant, Bosley said. They never came, so the city let him go.
But Schaffer said there is an order for Johnsons extradition if he is arrested within a 50-mile radius of Jefferson City. Ferguson, a St. Louis suburb, is more than 100 miles from Jefferson City.

Michael Johnson’s accomplice?
Yeah, I immediately caught that and reported “abuse” to the mods, hopefully they’ll fix it....sorry
The key to this entire incident may lie with this knucklehead’s actions.
If the officer thought that he was facing two assailants, he was justified in firing until Brown was down.
This is a must see video. Scroll down to the black man’s face filling the camera space titled “”Ferguson Missouri” Michael Brown When will we change as Black people.” He’s fed up and embarrassed by the way black people are behaving and tells it like it is. Good for him.

He got a Get out of Jail Free card, it appears.
That went viral about 3 days ago, something to cheer about, he let ‘er rip!!
Good point...seems to me, especially with the revelation from Wilson’s friend (corroborated by an eyewitness whose voice was unknowingly recorded describing the shooting immediately afterward at the scene) that Brown doubled-back and charged at Wilson, even without Johnson, it was a justified use of deadly force all the way, however your point bolsters the argument.
Brown also doubled-back in the convenience store. Watch that video. He came back around.
now he’s a ‘federal witness’ (according to his attny yesterday)
Wonder if it's true that rioters were doing home invasions of officer's homes?
Yep, he did.
wonder if anyone has offered him a lie detector test?
Maybe we should take a closer look at the Ferguson Police Department:
Ferguson police mistakenly arrested an innocent man before viciously beating him so bad he was taken to hospital and then charged for bleeding on THEIR uniforms
One thing I would like to point out.
It was a liquor store where he stole the blunts from. It wasn’t the QT. The victim at the liquor store told police that the two perps were headed in the direction of the QT. The officer went to QT and they weren’t there.
That attorney of his is a peach. During a presser he said, describing his version of the incident, “...which didn’t really faze Big Mike so much as it astounded him...”
Um, when something astounds a person, it can definitely be said to at least have fazed them.
no joke, right?
but I’m sure ‘big mike’ was astounded -that an officer showed up right after he’d committed a crime and caught him red-handed, or cigar-handed, whichever.
I have been busy the last couple days and haven’t had much reading time.
Are there still freepers defending these two pieces of s*?
A couple of days ago there were. It was all the cops fault. Poor innocent guy got dragged through an open window or some such BS.
Just curious.
oh
ok
