If Perry and the Texas Pubbies don’t try to move the Public Integrity Unit from Travis County to the jurisdiction of an elected statewide office they’re fools (or worse).

I watched the full one hour tape of the roadside “stop”.

It’s half an hour before any DWI field agent shows up and then he is very patient with her where a normal citizen would be “failed” on various tests for non-compliance, being argumentative, or outright “refusal”.

She brings up her title (DA), says several times that this will end her career, spends many minutes before the roadside test discussing who she and the officer on site may know.

Some audio passages were omitted.

Even with an assist from the department (who spent a bit of time even trying to confirm her claim of being district attorney) they gave her breaks that the commoners would not get and she still went downtown.

It was over an hour after she was observed driving when she was finally blood tested at three times the limit. How drunk was she at the initial investigation?

For now, Ted Cruz. But I wouldn't be surprised if TX has even more conservative 'pubs.

Ted Poe is a name that comes up now and then but I don't know much of his record since leaving the bench.

Thank you deport. I’d seen the video. The woman has no shame. Power, that’s all the democrats want, total power.

The disturbing thing about this, is something we've seen quite a bit of here in Texas for many years, and that is the criminalization of policy differences. This is what happens when democrats can't win electoral victories. Democrat pols still can't get elected to statewide office in Texas even with the push to get illegals to vote, so they attempt to attack their enemies by abusing the legal process.

That said, I still wouldn't vote for Perry for dogcatcher. I'm tired of crony capitalists. We still haven't forgotten what he tried to do with the TTC.

I was referring to your

Somewhere in the depths of Hell, Stalin, Brezhnev, and Andropov are laugh their @$$es off .

If someone's English is their second language they would say laugh their asses of like you did instead of saying correctly laughing their asses off.

BTW English is my second language
