Funny that Nixon wants Wilson prosecuted. You would thing an Obammy officer would know something like this before he calls for that prosecution.

The only thing I can think of that might draw a confession is the possibility of Dorian Johnson being charged with murder as an accessory.

Yup, cripplecreek, just posted on another thread that in some localities, an accessory to a robbery in which even one of the robbers is killed can be charged with murder. Don't know if Missouri works that way, though.

May Jehovah God Bless us in the attempt to maintain Liberty for ourselves and our posterity. In the Name of Jesus we ask, Amen.

And may every evil plan be uncovered, and may what was meant for evil be turned to good. In Jesus name we ask, Amen

Even if this isn’t true the “I am Mike Brown” contingents case has been dying the death of a thousand cuts in the last few days. there has been fact after fact getting leaked out that tears holes through this case that you could drive a Peterbilt through. Wilson walks, but then the feds go after him for civil rights abuses (which will be quietly dropped some time later).

They’d threaten him with felony murder:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felony_murder_rule

He was involved in the robbery. During the getaway on foot, someone died (his accomplice).

FELONY MURDER.

Or

Flip and tell the truth.

I’ll pray for a confession and a sincere prayer for Johnson to get himself straightened out.

That would be a literally heavenly outcome. Johnson did not seem all that "involved" in the action at the mini mart. Wouldn't be the first guy who had a friend who went nuts and stuck by him when he shouldn't.

Second degree murder, penalty.

565.021. 1. A person commits the crime of murder in the second degree if he:

(1) Knowingly causes the death of another person or, with the purpose of causing serious physical injury to another person, causes the death of another person; or

(2) Commits or attempts to commit any felony, and, in the perpetration or the attempted perpetration of such felony or in the flight from the perpetration or attempted perpetration of such felony, another person is killed as a result of the perpetration or attempted perpetration of such felony or immediate flight from the perpetration of such felony or attempted perpetration of such felony.

2. Murder in the second degree is a class A felony, and the punishment for second degree murder shall be in addition to the punishment for commission of a related felony or attempted felony, other than murder or manslaughter.

3. Notwithstanding section 556.046 and section 565.025, in any charge of murder in the second degree, the jury shall be instructed on, or, in a jury-waived trial, the judge shall consider, any and all of the subdivisions in subsection 1 of this section which are supported by the evidence and requested by one of the parties or the court.

it’s done then, the police should have put out the information about the shattered eye socket first thing instead of stupidly playing hide the ball

Nonsense. They are the only player in all of this that has behaved responsibly. The events in Ferguson have been caused by the media, the race pimps, the professionally aggrieved, and the useful idiot hipster types. It is not the job of the police, indeed it is not in their capacity, to protect the public against the irresponsibility of these groups.

They were under no obligation or duty, professionally or ethically, to follow the timetable given by these groups.

Place your condemnation elsewhere.

"They" have been saying a lot of things while everyone's been fixated on the riots and the real investigation has been going on.

Christians from all over the nation are praying for this broken community. A heavenly outcome would be an answer to our prayers.
