They will get Wilson on something, probably violation
of Browns civil rights like they did to Koon and Powell
in the Rodney King case. Bush called the big guns in on
that one just to appease the mob. Same here, the mob
wants a sacrifice and the feds will give them one.

"As a freshman at Columbia University in 1970, future Attorney General Eric Holder participated in a five-day occupation of an abandoned Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) headquarters with a group of black students later described by the university’s Black Students’ Organization as “armed,” The Daily Caller has learned."

They’ll use the same jury selection process that Austin, TX used for Delay and now Perry.

The outcome has already been decided. The moment it was revealed that the cop is White, all this was predictable. Indict and prosecute the cop on criminal charges. If that fails, take him into civil court.

Such a shame that the corrupt AG didn't extend the same concern and justice to Brian Terry.

More Trouble for Eric Holder?

Judge Resurrects Fast and Furious Scandal With Order Against DOJ

Aug. 20, 2014 5:36pm Fred Lucas

A federal judge resurrected the dormant Fast and Furious scandal by ordering the Justice Department to provide additional documents to House investigators probing the botched gun walking program.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that the DOJ must turn over a privilege log of Operation Fast and Furious documents to the House by Oct. 1.

The privileged logs were among the thousands of pages of documents the Justice Department withheld from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee during its investigation that has been going on since 2011.

The judge’s order requires the department to produce all non-privileged documents and a detailed description of privileged documents. The committee will have until Oct. 17 to object to any withheld documents, according to a committee news release.

In 2012, President Barack Obama invoked executive privilege to shield Attorney General Eric Holder from having to provide the documents to the House committee. Nevertheless, the Republican-controlled Housed, with the help of 17 Democrats, voted to hold Holder in contempt of Congress for obstructing the probe.

"A Grand Jury is now looking into whether or not Ferguson officer Darren Wilson will be charged with anything for having shot Michael Brown, but Holder is not waiting for the outcome of that inquiry. He has directed his department of Justice to look into whether or not a civil rights violation occurred. "

The Wall Street Journal
Attorney General Eric Holder Vows Thorough Probe of Ferguson Shooting

Devlin Barret
Aug 21, 2014

FERGUSON, Mo.—Attorney General Eric Holder sought to assure residents here Wednesday that the U.S. Justice Department was thoroughly probing the shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown by a police officer.

During a daylong visit, Mr. Holder said he had assigned “very experienced” agents and prosecutors to investigate the Aug. 9 death of the unarmed teenager, and said he understood their concerns because of his own experiences as a black man.
................
Mr. Holder has criticized some of the moves made by local authorities in response to the Brown shooting. Justice Department officials are considering whether to open a “pattern and practice’’ investigation of the Ferguson Police Department, which has about 53 members.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation already is probing the actions of Darren Wilson, the 28-year-old officer who shot Mr. Brown. Launching an additional pattern and practice investigation would expand federal involvement and could complicate the shooting probe.

..........

He was accompanied by several aides, including Molly Moran, the acting assistant attorney general for the Civil Rights Division.

How about looking into whether Wilson’s civil rights weren’t violated and his name smeared by Holder.
