We need to come together and do something bigger and bolder than just quietly pushing buttons in a voting booth. About the only thing that will get them shaking in their boots at this point, is massive, sustained protests in DC. I'm talking ten million patriots or more - and they've got to stay there until fedzilla backs down.

I'm serious. We're going to have to make a noise so big that the whole world will be deafened by it. Nothing else is going to do it at this point.

I agree something needs to be done. I'm sick and tired of these politicians thinking they are our rulers instead of our representatives. That's why they need the illegals and shamnesty to keep the statists in power. They need to be defeated everywhere.

Don't you think recalling the Speaker of the House wouldn't be a shock heard around the world if we could find some patriotic Ohioans to get the job done? That would be a great start.

UKIP. That is our only answer. Fixing this from within is simply never going to happen. The "lesser of two evils" was a disaster. Reagan's 11th commandment no long applies. Nobody cares how many people come to DC to protest. No noise we make will ever sway those who already hold us in contempt.

The time is now. We have no choice. We (conservatives) have to leave the party, for good, and strike out on our own. We know that we have to eventually. The longer we leave it, the further we have to go. It may fail, but not as surely as simply doing nothing. Cruz, Sessions, Lee: must be convinced. Palin, perhaps Rush and Levin, as well. Tack on a dozen house Republicans, and leave the party that despises us. If we do, we will shake the foundations of this country. If we don't, the country is lost.

I'm serious. We're going to have to make a noise so big that the whole world will be deafened by it. Nothing else is going to do it at this point.

I am serious, as well. The time is now. A splinter party isn't our only option, for we can always scurry away and pine for better. It is the only option for those ideas that made this country such a unique blessing on this world.

I completely agree with you, if you're imagining millions of peaceful Tea people holding signs and banners, and respectfully obeying every public ordinance.

That's not what I'm talking about.

The time for those sorts of gatherings is long past, and no, they wouldn't do a thing to dissuade the treason lobby in Washington to bend to our will. No, the only kinds of protests that will get their attention, are going to have to be quite a bit stronger than that. Probably a lot stronger - and equal to the rage and frustration we're all feeling.

Think massive, unrelenting, boisterous protests, and widespread civil disobedience. Not violence, mind you - civil disobedience. There is a difference.

Americans have to be ready and willing to go into the heart of the beast and demand a return to the vision of America as laid down by the Framers. They've got to be willing to scream their bloody heads off, break some stuff, get in fedzilla's face, ignore the horrified media, endure some concrete hardships, lose time from work and family, and maybe even do some jail time.

We've got to 'go big', or we'll allow this situation to advance to a point where open rebellion is our only available option. Who in their right mind wants that?

You suggest that forming a third party is the way to go. I respectfully submit to you, that the elites who rule this country have moved beyond the political framework, and are now cementing in place institutions, policies, and forces that will negate any civil means of resistance. The federal leviathan is now under the control of real monsters, and they will use every power and means available to them to obstruct any political insurgency we can muster.

We're on the brink of a second American Revolution here. There's not much time, but there is still a window of opportunity for the people to crank their protests up to a level that can still be effective. I truly hope we seize the moment, and keep this from ratcheting up any further.

In Medved’s case, he’s an insider troll. His allegiance is to the GOP establishment.

People keep thinking that we can effect the sort of changes we want through the civil mechanisms laid down by the Framers. I think the events of the last couple of days has put that naive hope out to pasture for the duration.

Friend, the system is FUBAR.

We've been outplayed and outmaneuvered by the elites. They now hold the power over every command and control lever of the country, and they're NOT going to cede an ounce of that control back to The People without a real fight.

Trying to vote the bastards out is a pathetic game of Whack-A-Mole. Take one out, and another bastard takes his place. That hasn't been working out for us too well, now has it?

I'm afraid we're gonna have to fight for what's rightfully ours, if we intend to keep it. Just like our forefathers did.

Desperate maneuvers by the Establishment.

Despite Boehner’s ongoing betrayal, let’s continue to the march forward.

***"our Speaker of the House [got] in bed with Obama and advances the Obama agenda, takes care of it, amnesty, Obamacare, fully funded, done deal, the election must not have mattered."***

Essentially The working person - the producers in this country - ARE NOT represented politically any longer in this country! AND when a majority of the people vote a popular referendum in particular states, a corrupt court overturns those voter mandates.

Time to face it, folks: the people who make this country work no longer have any representatives in politics... and that does not appear to be about to change! Now there is only one political party in Washington: the autocratic party, and the Constitution is barely breathing any longer.

Could we find at least one or two states willing to secede from the Union and form a Constitutional Republic?

And what are YOU going to do to help facilitate that outcome???

“What are YOU willing to do about it, and, what are YOU prepared to sacrifice to get it done???”

ME???

Glad you asked...

Been a thorn in the side of RiNO’s in this party for 20+ years...I am not well liked, and have opposed political capitulation, lack of virtue, and promoted principled politicians and candidates, measures in that timeframe...As an individual, with a few compadres around the area here have been steadily getting it done...

My guy, TX CD-22’s office took one of my few calls late LAST week, not this week when the attention was paid to it, and told him it was a bad idea, and to resist the leaderships push for you folks down on the batting list to do what the leadership tells you to do...We knew that pressure was coming, and guess what, the goober voted “nay”...

Go figure that...

I hope you had the same success, if you made the same call...But I do not know what YOU did...

It takes more than phone calls and emails sometimes, but in the end access and principled influence, that has credible virtue and reasoning usually works, but you have to spend time working on that and not hit your elected chain of command, only when the media makes a whoop about something...

I think McCain-Feingold is unconstitutional but i don’t see how it helps anyone but democrats to keep the government funded for a whole year. it simply nuters the congress we just elected. Robing us of the power we just voted for.

A+

Nothing else will work. The wealthy interests have bought the leaders of the Republicans in D.C.

Oh I agree, we had an all-out assault here in Kansas, trying to put extreme liberals in office and I got out there and fought the DUmmies and KOSmunists that invaded our state trying to make that happen (as well as the local liberal medias). They failed and hopefully, the statist liberals will continue to fail if we continue to put up a fight. The big government liberal statism is failing all around them and the massive debt it brings. They’ve had 100 years to prove what they believe, works but 18 trillion in debt says different in reality. We just need to keep driving that home.

My main point is taking out the top a-hole statist republican in the House, through a recall election, would be a great start and send a huge message. Too bad we don’t still tar and feather, because that would be my main solution for Boehner and other traitors to our Constitution like him, lol.

From my understanding of the Constitution, the only way to get rid of Boehner is to either impeach him, or to vote him out in the next election. He can't be unseated in a recall election, as far as I know.

Your point is well taken, though. The man has got to go, one way or another.

It’s time to fracture the Republicans and the Democrats and do a real, conservative party with well known people. Lee, Cruz and others should change their party affiliation and work for this.
