The Pro-Life movement are bunch of suckers. Lindsay Graham just played the Lucy Football prank on them. When McCain Mini-Me was worried about perhaps losing the GOP primary he started to sponsor Pro-Life legislation that had zero chance of passing in 2013/14. Of course, the Pro-Life groups fell for his McCainish head-fake to the right. They published press releases praising Graham. For example, National Right to Life endorsed Graham for the SC Senate race on May 10 before the June 10 primary:

Just create a provision requiring abortionists to report all abortions due to rape. The women getting abortions won’t then be perceived as victims.
