ALABAMA SUPREME COURT SPECIAL RULING ORDERING PROBATE JUDGES TO STOP ISSUING 'SAME SEX' LICENSES

FYI THERE HAS BEEN A NEW COURT RULING IN ALABAMA, THIS TIME FROM THE ENTIRE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT. IT AFFIRMS CHIEF JUSTICE ROY MOORE'S PREVIOUS ORDER TO PROBATE JUDGES NOT TO ISSUE SAME SEX MARRIAGE LICENSES.

A probate judge in Elmore County asked the entire court for guidance on issuing marriage licenses.

Probate judges have five business days to respond to the 148 page order from the AL Supreme Court.

Chief Justice Roy Moore wrote the order and six justices concurred. One justice concurred in part, but still concurred with the final ruling.

One justice dissented. This appears to be a 7-1 ruling.

The justices, by the way, are elected by the people of Alabama and this ruling gives them all a record next time they are up for election.

There's word that the Alabama division of the American Civil Liberties Union will issue a prepared statement today.

Of course, the United States Supreme Court is expected to rule on the issue of same-sex marriage licenses nationwide at the end of June.

There's a story in the Front Page News section of FR right now posted last evening.

Of course, the United States Supreme Court is expected to rule . . .

And just like the now famous picture of Federalized National Guard troops walking a little black girl to school there will be pictures of Federalized National Guard troops protecting queers who want a marriage license.

States have had referendums and spoken through their State legislatures, they do not accept this garbage. So, the Democrat Fascist Party is going to push this issue or something else within the next two years to the point of all out revolt starting in this country because they know damn well this the last chance the fascist radicals of the sixties are going to get and probably the last chance any democrat will get for at least a generation.

Once some judge steps into a mess and orders a change of process where there is no law by state or federal process to agree with his outcome....he is making law. What they could have done is simply ordered Ala to stop issuing ALL licenses, period, until the state fixed its situation, and that would have been legal by the power of the court.

People may not like the probate judge ruling but this is something that should have been on the 2014 ballot or pushed upon the population by the state senate. By using the judge method....they’ve twisted this into a confusing mess.

Yes, but one is ANCESTRY, the other is BEHAVIOR!

There’s far more medical evidence for a genetic predisposition to alcoholism and drug addiction than there is for queer behaviors, yet we still don’t consider these behaviors as “normal” and even have treatment centers for them.

Fifty years of worrying about proper process while democrat fascists make law from the Federal bench is enough.

Read the Declaration of Independence and think about it instead of pretending the system still works and squabbling over the "proper" approach is anything more than another excuse for doing nothing.

One would hope that the Supreme Court recognizes the fact that "gay marriage" is a peculiar concept that has been imposed on the states by activist judges, and that it is not the will of the people.

It would be wonderful if there were a push-back against judges legislating from the bench. I would love to see some sort of mechanism forcing judges to stick to ruling on constitutionality of various actions and restricting them from legislating--I just don't know how such a mechanism would work, or how it could be enforced. Trying to restrain activist judges with other judges is something like trusting the fox with the hens...

On the practical side, we know what marriage is. It is the set of societal conventions and legal framework that have evolved to protect the biologically driven mating behavior of humans, and its fundamental purpose is to protect the offspring of humans who have pair-bonded. When a judge orders states to issue marriage licenses to gays, what, exactly, is that judge doing? How do gay friendships fit into the biologically-driven process of marriage? They don't--gays want the perceived financial benefits of married couples, that's all.

Governors need to engage by telling the Feds to go to hell.

Someone needs to engage.

Millions of Cheese Eating Surrender Monkeys fill the streets of cities large and small in France over this and here it's just more fodder for people to bitch about on the Internet.

Looks like those Frenchmen everyone loves to denigrate are a bit more concerned about their country than we are about ours in spite of their reputation as pushovers for everything liberal.

The truth about Homosexuality needs to be told to the American public. Most have no
idea how disgusting and vile it is, and how it degrades
society. It's been white washed into a form of civil rights and it's the exact opposite.

This agenda is also a tactical diversion to take the attention away from
what is the real threat to our country, Communism, Marxism, and Fascism. And
the unconstitutional governing of our nation from DC and the elected leaders
who usurp our protections from the Government.

America needs a re-awakening and a Patriotic rally to bring us out of this morass.
It's even gotten to the point of Patriotism being called extremist!
