J.C.X. Simon—one of the so-called "Zebra Killers" convicted of multiple murders of white San Franciscans in the 1970s—has died...The random killings of whites [14 people were killed and at least seven wounded] occurred between 1973 and 1976. The suspects were named for the police channel used to try to identify and capture them.

Even more shocking is how well the MSM suppressed this news in 1973-1976.
In 1990, my next door Black neighbor gave me a paperback book about the crimes, said he had never heard about it, and asked me what I knew.
I have always been a well informed guy, and I had never heard a thing about it, either.

Part of the reason why the ‘Zebra Killers’ aren’t so we’ll known in California crime lore of the mid-1970s is because they were overshadowed by other high profile criminal sagas of the time: The Zodiac Killer, the Symbionese Liberation Army, the ongoing Manson Family lunacy, and so on.
I can tell you from personal experience that growing up as a kid in California during that time period taught me at an early age that counterculture freaks and weirdos were grown-ups to despise.
Go to the site’s home page and read the entry a couple down. Nothing nefarious. More related to the blogger’s technical illiteracy and failure to make needed updates as systems upgraded.

But, don’t blame me for assuming censorship in this arena. I’m so damned mad about it, I could bust. I fear the demise of every site I’ve come to appreciate, FR being the first.
But, word has it some other sites have recently been messed with, no doubt to keep thinking people from accessing them.
But 14 black-on-white racist murders, and 7 attempted murders, over a three year period, which went almost unreported in the national news, was astounding, too.
If one reads the few books written about these killings it was more on the level of 70 to 100 plus killings that took place in California they just weren’t linked together.

I knew this POS Simon, when I was at CSP Solano, Vacaville. He was a real POS, although I have to admit, he always showed me respect. I did not grow up in California, so I did not even know about the Zebra killings, till my partner explained it to me. Their idea was to kill white women so they could not reproduce.
