The driver of the police van in which Gray sustained the injuries that ultimately led to his death faces the most jail-time, however.

Caesar Goodson is being charged with “second-degree ‘depraved heart murder.” He is the only officer involved in the incident to receive the charge.

However, a source close to the Goodson family has said that the officer repeatedly insisted that his fellow officers in the van restrain Gray—pleas that went unheeded.

This, ultimately, led to Gray’s death; medical examiners recently announced that he died from head injuries suffered while in transit. Prisoners are supposed to be restrained in order to protect against unnecessary rattling which, as in this case, can lead to serious injury.

The unnamed source and friend of the Goodson family spoke to Daily Mail UK:

“When he became irate Caesar called in and said ‘you have got to restrain him.’ That’s on the audio,” he said.

“They did, they restrained his legs. But when they did that they still should have put him in the seat belt.”

AND THE BLAME GAME COP A PLEA GAME BEGINS.

‘rattling about’ is not the same as ‘throwing himself around the back of the van’

it’s now considered murder because the guy wasn’t belted in and then threw himself around the van??

if a mother doesn’t belt her kids into a seat, can she be charged for attempted murder?

kangaroo court convened by a lynch mob.

A “cut throat” defense will result in *all* of them being convicted. They must hang together,or they will surely “hang” separately.

I imagine that the not guilty verdicts will be in just in time for the November 2016 elections, just as planned.

Maybe the six will speak up and not stand in silence. Last I read, this guy had not even been interviewed by investigators yet. Will they be honest or lie?

The commie piggies’ plan to overcharge these people is starting to work. Scare the piss out of them all and they’ll admit to anything. It’s like waterboarding without the water or the board.

Trying to figure out the story. If he called to get someone to restrain this guy, then it seems like he would have been helping the other officer and could have restrained him.
If he figured that an out of control prisoner would be too much to handle alone, he would have gotten out of the van to help. So, it seems like no one wanted to risk getting into the van with an out of control wild man on drugs to put in a seat belt.

Obie and His Race Czar Revrunt Sharpton are very PLEASED with the way this is working out.

the SIgns calling for the death of the suspected “perp” are already being printed for distribution when he’s found not guilty...and it might not be going too far to suggest that the price for commercial “air time” for major news broadcasts... is already being primed for a substantial increase!

He can try to blame others all he wants but he was still the driver. He could have pulled over and strapped him in himself. I’m not saying I think the charge is fair. I’m just saying if his strategy is to blame others, it won’t work. No one had a gun to his head while he was driving.

There is restrain him and restrain him. From the transcript it sounds like this restrain him was to stop him from being a menace. It doesn’t sound like go strap him in.

Instead of endless stupid speculation ginned up by the media. The way we should be politically responding to this and that includes conservative news commentary (what there is of it) and the talk show circut is by asking this question.

If drug dealer Gray was shot dead as a result of a bad drug deal would we be hearing about him and would there be be rioting in the streets ?

Then question why it’s being done

Sorry Caesar, you and the other five officers have to be sacrificed to satisfy the mob. Just as Pilate released Barabbas to satisfy that mob and crucified an innocent man, so too shall all of you be crucified while the mob of looters, arsonists, thieves and rioters goes free.
