If he wants to win the Internet he had better rein in the Cruz-Bruisers that prowl around the forums and try to bully people into voting Cruz. It won’t work. Cruz can sell himself without those behind the scenes bully tactics.
Fantastic. Cruz isn’t a relic who believes social media is inconsequential. He understands its importance in reaching people and winning elections, and he’s going to take full advantage of it.

Cruz was Twittering furiously about an hour ago. He does that a lot. Oops. There goes another one.
The data analytics operation in the Cruz campaign is truly awesome. I've read they have 10 staffers who hold PhDs in behavioral science or analytics. They analyze social media activity, twitter, and hits on the website to direct Internet-based advertising, email, texts, etc. to groups and individuals where it has the greatest impact to produce the desired result.
Rest assured, this is a high-tech campaign with some very savvy personnel. In his primary election race for U.S. Senate, besides the obvious intelligence and integrity of the candidate, there was technology and knowledge behind the scenes that propelled Cruz beginning from 2% in the polls to eventually defeating his opponent 57% to 43%. It has grown substantially more sophisticated for his presidential run.
I am sorry but if this kid joined the team as IT person. How could they not do the most basic thing like buying the most basic address. I hope they get better ASAP if he wants to win. The story is a bunch of muck if results have anything to say about it.
