This determines Trump as a serious candidate. He needs to do OK, just OK and not great to get the serious attention from the voters. He has his followers sowed up. So now, he needs to look good and be quick on his feet.
I look to see him do good, i also look to see Ted Cruz live up to his potential.
I suspect Trump and Cruz might well be number 1 and 2 after this debate. That is, if Cruz makes the cut.
I did watch.
He says some really great things. I believe he is someone that can get things done and set some things back in order.
But, he has no idea what the constitution is, and why we have it!!
The proper understanding and the proper execution of the roles of federal and state governments is “one” (I say one, not the only one) of the main (I say main, because there are others that are as important or more so) reasons why this country was great and can be great again.
Honestly you should question your conservative credentials when you are in agreement with Juan Williams......

I see the ESTABLISHMENT WHORES in the media have obeyed Jeb’s orders to backed into a retreat. All their doom and gloom predictions of Trump implosion at the polls over the last 4 weeks has backfired in their faces. It reminds me of the Environmental wackos doom and gloom predictions that never come to light.
Hearing Juan Williams saying Jeb Bush is the “Serious Candidate” while Trump is just entertainment is Orwellian in nature.

With the corrupt biased MSM moderating the debates, it should be easy for the politicians to get intel from the moderators.
It's Trump vs MSM/politicians and having the corrupt MSM moderate the debates is like walking into court and seeing the jury made up of the prosecutors family.
This is the biggest corrupt conflict in debate history. We'll watch Trump play this to his advantage. It makes Trump's opponent, the MSM a de facto participant. ☺
The tallest, most relaxed, most confident person n the hat stage will be Ted Cruz. He is well seasoned and been toughened up from decades of taking on and vanquishing some of the most hostile questioners and toughest debaters on the planet. That GOP debate will be a cakewalk for Ted Cruz.

He had in another interview. The wall areas will be paid for through fees Mexico will pay on imports. He had also stated he would make sure business environment would be so good in America that companies would not leave.

Jeb is a nice person. I was pleased with him as our Governor on how he did on some things. However, I know Hillary would beat Jeb and actually think she would beat anyone but Donald Trump.
It is about time we had a very experienced and successful businessman to run the country. It is obvious to me that Donald Trump loves America and he will not be “beholding” to anyone.
You’re right...I watched most of it. Again he answered NOTHING! It isn’t hard to figure this out, folks. So, from the interview...
1. Bush not in his sites at debate. Why not? Bush is a nice guy he says. Really? This is the candidate we need?
2. If he asked Bush a question, what would it be...and Trump says, whether or not he has the ENERGY! LOL. WHAT? Even the interviewer was stunned.
3. Mexico: How would you get Mexico to pay for it (asked 3 times and interviewer even prodded)...no answer! He got off onto drugs and cars and the Border patrol doing its job. Oh, he did say they their leaders were smarter than outs...
This is my point. Trump is incoherent and NEVER answers! And, he gave soft ball answer on Jeb. Yep, I see now why people support him.

I'd bet 10:1 that the press will report he bombed, just like the press reported the McCain/warhero issue triggered by that pollster weasel who's name I forget.
Funny think about this sort of debate. It is 20% substance, and 80% beauty contest. Appearance, composure, affability, seriousness when called for, those matter more than what is said.
I say that based on interview responses...he is TERRIBLE answering questions. He never answers them. This type of forum, where he only has a limited amount of time, isn’t his forte.
Looks like Trumps version of Airwolf, thought I think he upgraded his Air Fleet a while ago.
