Trump Twitter Rant: ‘Megyn Kelly Bombed Tonight,’ Retweets Post Referring To Her As ‘Bimbo’
CBS ^ | August 7, 2015

Posted on 08/07/2015 6:33:34 AM PDT by conservative98

Overnight on Twitter, Trump said that Kelly “bombed” as a moderator.

“Wow, @megynkelly really bombed tonight. People are going wild on twitter! Funny to watch,” Trump tweeted.

Trump added that Kelly, along with moderators Bret Baier and Chris Wallace, were not very professional.

“I really enjoyed the debate tonight even though the @FoxNews trio, especially @megynkelly, was not very good or professional!” he stated.

Trump even retweeted a post that referred to Kelly as a “bimbo.”

The billionaire also lashed out at Luntz after getting a poor review from a focus group following the debate. Trump referred to Luntz as a “low-class snob” and a “joke.”

On “CBS This Morning” Friday, Luntz said he saw “total destruction of a candidacy” in Trump’s debate performance.

Yep, Trump is a master at getting attention.

After almost a half million votes Trump is walking away with it at Drudge.

Not Trump...

He is still a Liberal. Cruz, definitely.

I know it is hard to fathom, but Megan isn’t running for office. She is not a bimbo and has been praised on FR for other tough questioning in other situations.

Trump is acting childish...don’t go name-calling. Rise above it but he continues to bash. It is his weakness and will be his downfall.

What I saw was Trump answering questions in his Trump manor ( that would make the crowd snicker and go ooooh) then the rest of the candidates would say exactly the same thing Trump said but using cutesy politico speak.

And she referred to God Almighty with a sarcastic snarky tone in her questions.

******************
She is definitely snarky. That’s a perfect description. She and her colleagues are creatures of Washington DC and New York and they have an elitist attitude. They were anything but professional and dignified.

I think he handled her pretty well, and as for standing up to Putin or the ayatollahs, he leads all candidates, Democrat and Republican, in that category.

And who do you think could handle them better?

To me, he laughs these people off, much like Reagan did in his day...

Ask Megyn Kelly...”After a debate of ten Republican candidates, why are YOU part of the story this morning?”

Agree with you. He has given voice to some of our serious problems and he’s been a good critic, but now he needs to take on more of the look and sound of a leader with vision.

As I said last night, it was like watching a ginned-up beauty pageant. Megyn, Bret and Wallace showed up at the wrong broadcast.

Much ado about nothing. Repub establishment, which includes Fox News, wants to take Trump out. So he is hitting back.

Would it be better for him to grovel and apologize like Jeb did recently?

She is Wassermanshultz in a red dress rather than a blue dress. No difference between fox and cnn, nbc, abc and cbs, are they still alive? Almost everyone of those dweebs on those nitworks are Martha’s vineyard limo liberals. They don’t see Washington as broken, they see it as a bigass paycheck. I read Drudge if I need news. I just want facts, not Stepford anchors that feel compelled to straighten me out because I am not competent enough to think for myself. The media and government politicians are arms on the same beast. The money changers are the head of the beast. I don’t need marching orders and bullet points from the beast.

I mean really in a different intellectual league than all the others. The guy is as sharp as a tack!

This is very true; unfortunately, he can't seem to figure a way to get beyond the media blockade set up against him.

That's Trump's forte'.

“Kelly talks tough, and is a big feminist yada yada yada ... Then cries that she should be treated differently than a man. ... She was crying afterwards that her hit job failed and asking “will Trump take a hit for attacking me, a woman?”

Yeah, that routine is getting really old. “I’m a woman and am going to prove that I can be as tough as my male peers by really beating up on you. But if you try to hit back, I’m going to scream “war on women’.”

I like and admire Cruz but doubt he’ll be on the ticket. Trust me, the GOPe will do everything in its (still formidable) power to undermine him. They really fear him and will stop at nothing to derail his candidacy. Same thing with respect to Trump. That’s just reality. The GOP still controls a lot of money and resources that can be withheld from both candidates. It also has a lot of friends in the media who will do its bidding as we saw last night.

I was wondering who was going to step up and do Hillary’s dirty work. Looks like Megyn just couldn’t help herself. Nice work, bimbo.

Trump continued to attack two of the most unpopular professions in the nation; politicians and media.

**************
It’s a target rich environment for him. No question about it.
