Someone once faxed me TS/SRD/CNWDI and it was up to ME to resolve it. I could not just shred it and ignore it, I had to go to Security and The Powers That Be to clear it all up. It took a day and a half but I did the right thing. So if HC got sent TS and she let it sit on her unclassified computer, that’s a real problem.
One good aspect of this is that Bradley manning didn’t get ANY of HC’s stuff, he got his off a secure classified net using insider access and passwords- nothing HC did was there.

To get TS/SCI you have to be thoroughly briefed, when you leave the job, thoroughly debriefed.
You also sign an official acknowledgement and are warned that unauthorized disclosure will result in prosecution under US Code xyz, punishable by up to 50 years in prison.

And you can be assured that Hillary signed many such documents while she was SoS.

Will she survive this. I mean, will Obama allow her to live? You know she has the goods on Obama. Yet, she had just been removed from the Presidential race and well may go to prison. Anyone else would go. Does she have a ‘get out of jail card from obama”? How can he allow her to live? Will she feign head injury and fake being demented? There is something here we are missing.
