I hear it was checked out by every attorney and every which way and I understand Ted is in fine shape,
Nothing wrong with that statement. Yes it is after Labor Day and all the GOPe hit pieces are coming.
To: henkster
He is just saying Cuz’s lawyers think it is fine. Democrats would disagree and go to SCOTUS. I hope Cruz’s layers are right.

All we need is a little Latin here:
jus solis AND jus sanguinis
How much more simple could this be?
To: Nero Germanicus
The media is deliberately hiding the issue of Cruz’ eligibility until Cruz becomes the candidate. Then they will bring it up repeatedly and leave doubts in the minds of the voters.

All we need is a little Latin here: I'm pretty sure we can figure this out without Italian Midgets.
Or Mexican ones, with all that attitude.

His gyrations are becoming more pronounced lately.

This is not a flip-flop. No, a change this big qualifies as a complete about-face.

Trump stands for nothing. His opinions and policies are like leaves blowing in the wind.

My definition of a flip-flop is not when someone has new or additional information and changes their opinion based on it.
Even as late as March 2015, commentators were discussing whether Cruz was eligible. So, if Trump thought Cruz would have problems back in December 2014, so did a lot of people. Since then, the folks who seemed concerned are satisfied and Trump happens to be one of them. How does that make a flip-flop?
