I believe they are gearing up for a modern day holocaust.
They don’t need to (and can’t, unless they want a larger version of Zimbabwe). They’ll simply continuing stripping rights (via affirmative action in college admissions, jobs, government contracts, etc.) and whites will continue in their role of administering a welfare state designed to give large unassimilated blocs of our population everything for free.
One of my sons asked me, when feral blacks were looting on TV in Baltimore or Ferguson (all the same to me), why they did it; I responded that they did it because they knew white people would clean everything up and fix everything. The next morning, as if on cue, a white guy was flat-bedding a burned car out of the war zone.
Destruction isn’t the goal; serving the “victims” is. In any case, the number of worker bees is quickly dwindling as white guys refuse to breed; the replacements trafficked here from abroad don’t want to administer the welfare hive, but would rather simply take what they can from it.
Bring it on so we can settle this matter once and for all.
BACKSTORY The 1980 Georgia General Assembly was concerned about “the increasing sophistication of various criminal elements on the public payroll”. The GA Assembly then adopted the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), patterned after a similar federal law.
(RICO is routinely used to try to prove that a legal business was being used for illegal means, and, in at its inception, RICO was used to prosecute drug traffickers or organized crime members).
In recent years prosecutors have applied RICO to crooked government officials ...particularly those accused of using their public offices for personal gain.....and officials of govt agencies using public monies to flout the law.
To bring a case under Georgia’s RICO law, there must be at least two underlying felonies — such as fraud, bribery, witness tampering (among other felonies).
RICO allows prosecutors to include multiple defendants charged with various crimes in the blanket indictment, and to charge that govt employees, publicy-funded and publicly-sanctioned entities were allegedly part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.
EXAMPLE A govt official commits two felonies by (1) accepting, and, (2) filing falsified documents.

Obama and Lynch launching this initiative gratuitously, without giving public notice is was a violation of the 1946 Administrative Procedure Act, which requires notice in the Federal Register as well as an opportunity for people to submit views in writing.

NOTE If proof is established that RICO'ed criminal public officials impaired the commercial and economic activity of the region, that could also be prosecutable under the Hobbs Act.
We are missing the larger point, the Justice Department is redefining law, intent of laws, and our very civil rights.
Does changing the classification of an event from ‘criminal behavior’ to ‘terrorism’ take away a citizens Rights?

If one is defined as a terrorist, under the NDAA they can be detained indefinitely until either the National Emergency is over, war is over, sent to trial, or even sent out of the country!
