Thanks, Boss. Clear choice...stand with America and American people (Trump), or surrender completely to Meheeco and those who come here illegally and get FreeStuff on our $$ (El ¡Jeb!).

The TDS naysayers choose the latter.

Case closed. Pro-defense-security-military & materials wins the day, or it remains night time for the USA, with an utterly corrupt Hillary at the helm.

Who else but Trump is a force of nature?

As for the evangelical support he has earned, apparently they have reconciled that God just may have raised up someone who, in today’s secular America, can actually WIN.

Neither Bush nor Trump will get my vote.

That depends on whether Trump can be trusted to keep his word. He’s never been elected to office so he has no track record of keeping campaign promises.

“Resentment is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die.”

I was given similar admonishments in 2012, when I stated I wouldn't vote for Romney.

I caved and voted for him. But I won't be doing such a thing again.

Trump’s personal success/reputation are more valuable to him, and luckily us, than a political record.

I would say the courage to talk against the unspeakable IS a walk.

It apparently is one that your guy has not quite mastered.

Who fears your guy? Call us after the election.

You may end up being correct in that we who support Trump are stupid and delusional.

But many of us are your friends.

Do you have so little regard for our wisdom that you would call us Stupido?

Think about it for a while.

Does your hatred of Trump outweigh your respect for the opinion of many of your fellow Freepers?

Aren't we a kind of family? Would you just ignore the opinion of your family because you differ in opinion?

Or would you for a moment consider that you might be wrong...and that your family might be right after all?

I have made this mistake before...I was wrong and my Freeper family was right.

Just consider the possibility.

Another aspect is the alliance between the Bush family and the Saudi royal family and associated business elite. There is abundant good reason to believe that elements of the Saudi government, security services, religious establishment, and royal family were in on the 9/11 attack -- and had little compunction about it being a betrayal of their relationship with the Bush family and of the Saudi alliance with the US.

Most likely, the Saudis involved calculated that under George W. Bush, the US would make a de facto surrender and sue for peace with Islam via Saudi Arabia. As it was, under Bush, although the US attacked the Taliban in Afghanistan and Saddam's regime in Iraq, we did not have a public reckoning of accounts with the Saudis for their betrayal of the US.

Indeed, the Bush administration went out of the way to absolve the Saudis and Islam as having a role in the 9/11 attack. This has led to a long term lack of clarity in US strategy in the war on terror. It is hard to imagine that a Jeb Bush presidency would do anything to remedy that, while a Trump presidency would almost certainly prompt a review of US national security policies and strategy that would be unhindered by political correctness or the Bush family's tight connections with the Saudis.

Arguably, under Trump, US strategy could aim to cordon off Islam from the US and other developed nations, blocking immigration and asylum migration, and denying support for Islam's claims for special status. Genuinely moderate Muslim voices could be amplified and broadcast to the Muslim world as part of an information warfare effort. Finally, the intense development of energy resources by the US and its allies could effectively deprive the Saudis, Iran, and Russia of much of their income from their oil and gas resources.

Isolated, teeming with excess population, suffering a chronic lack of employment and economic progress, and crippled by a collapse in oil and gas resources, the Muslim world would tend to focus its destructive energies internally. Moreover, the adverse turn in Islam's fortunes would undermine Muslim confidence that world conquest is near or even possible. This could well lead to a decisive repudiation of Islamic supremacism, terrorism, and hostility to modernity.

Bush’s desired appointments, then, would have been temporary, and the appointees faced the very real possibility of being out of a job at the opening of the next session of Congress.

In thatRepublicans more often have successful lives outside the public sector, while for a dammocrap, a government job may be what is between them and flipping burgers, and Republicans are more likely to have spouses, children, and homes that they own, many of Bush’desired appointees couldn’t afford to take the appointments on a temporary basis, since to do so would mean to risk their financial well-being on an uncertain vote in the Senate.

But for a dammocrap being appointed in a dammocrap regime even 9 or 10 months in a political gig may let them sleep indoors for a change, enable them to settle with IRS on back taxes, let them catch up on their student loan payments, and get them off food stamps. And if they don’t get confirmed by the Senaye, having the cachet of a federal appointment on their resumes, they can land a gig being a lecturer of politics at a liberal university.was

I’m for Cruz myself, but today’s current dust up on national security is between Trump vs Bush.

Cruz vs Bush is a nobrainer. Same goes for Trump vs Bush.

I call it pandering.

That is what politicians do.

He is lying to you for your vote.

His track record does not match his rhetoric.
