I hear you. THat was a horror show.
Again, though, it goes to spine.
Someone with a SPINE would have thrown a cordon of State Police around her room and prevented anyone from cutting her off support.
Do not take my comment as support for him. I have none.
You did not read my post, but that’s ok - we are all busy.
I don’t think Jeb ever “led” at all. The media knew he had a lot of advertising dollars to send their way, so they pretended he did.
Yeah, sorry, you’re right—I see I only read the first line.
Anyway, looks like we agree.
WOW! âold Jebbie certainly received much publicity today!!

Jeb Bush: F. Bush was plain awful. He couldnât dent Rubio. He couldnât dent Trump. He appeared alternatively bewildered and angry. He sided with the members of the media rather than doing the right thing and tearing them apart, like the other more intelligent candidates. Heâs toast. Rubio had the unkindest cut of all: his campaign manager said he wouldnât critique Bushâs performance because it spoke for itself. Ouch.It was not a good night for Jeb Bush

Hey kids...make some room for Jeb!
Bring OUT your JEB!
'We're still in October. We have more than 100 days left before we go to the Iowa caucuses. We have an extraordinary team here,' he said.
'All across this country, we're the one that has the best organization and I'm going to work hard to be able to earn people's support. I knew this was going to be a long journey, but to suggest the campaign is terminal, come on. That's pretty funny.'
Hope he plans to pack lots of sunscreen for where he’s going.
Rubio isn’t criticizing Bush because he knows Bush is done and wants his voters.
I do recognize you were being polite and not factual about him. It's just that Jeb every time I look at him or he speaks makes me physically ill.
According to whom?
Jeb is, I strongly suspect, an intrinsically good person; I know that he has some (some) conservative bona fides, he has done many things well as gov of a big state; however, Jeb lacks some key values and beliefs that you and I likely share.
Jeb's "pathway" to amnesty for illegal aliens makes him a non-starter for most of us here at this fine site. Making presentations in Spanish indelibly highlighted his discordant beliefs. There is just no (not any, at all) coming back from all of that. Jeb's campaign was thus finished before it began.
And, along with Jeb's amnesty views, there is his support of that creepy and destructive "common core" nonsense. Any thinking parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt and etc. knows that this is a bad path, and that "common core" is the precise reciprocal of genuine education. Jeb's campaign was thus, almost equally finished before it began.
No hard feelings, Jeb ol' buddy.
NOOOOOOOO! He shouldn’t get out of race!
I want to poke more fun at the patronizing, euthanizing, amnestyizing coward. Is that too much to ask?
“...Jeb has no guts...”
Again, it’s the spine, friend. Like I said. He has none.
“...Was he afraid they’d arrest the Governor?...”
I think he was truly befuddled and had ZERO clue what to do.
“...being polite...”
I reserve venom for the truly evil and we both know who they are.
We’re on the same team, my friend.
“I’m not Jeb yet!”
but . . . but . . . but . . . you mean that the presidency doesn’t belong to the Bush dynasty?
And for the record, you are indeed correct to take him to task for letting that young woman die.
If anyone EVER was in a position to make a difference... He was. And he failed to step up and make that difference.
So, to extrapolate a bit - if he can’t step up to save one life, when it absolutely SHOULD and COULD have been saved, how can he expect to even begin to step up to the task of a whole country that’s being torn apart?
Jeb is like my college roommate.
He wasn't evil, and he wasn't stupid. He could tell you more about physics than I ever could (the roommate, that is -- not Jeb).
He was a little goofy, but we all were back then. I just wouldn't want either of them to be president.
I can understand and respect the guy whose big choice in life was turning Yale down to stay in the Southwest and major in Latin American studies and marry somebody his parents may not have approved of.
But I do sort of fault him for making that Mexican connection the defining factor in his life. It wouldn't be a problem if he didn't want to be president of the US, but that's what he wants now.
LOL
