No. May all Muslims come to Christ, and receive His saving grace, which is available to all people. God so loved the world--not the non-Muslim world, the world--that He gave His only-begotten son (John 3:16).
Herein lies the dilemma that has faced the church since the time of Charles Martel. The only way to stop a Muslim who is hell-bent--in a literal as well as figurative sense--to kill himself and take a crowd of people with him, is to kill him first, because it is the only way to protect the crowd. But we should never pray for someone to burn in hell, because we are to pray that God's will be done, and God's will is that none should perish, but that all would come to repentance (II Peter 3:9).
We must destroy ISIS by any means necessary, not because we want the members of ISIS to burn in hell, but because we want the world to have the opportunity to come to Christ. The most effective means of destroying ISIS would be to bring them all to Christ, but that is a long-term prospect, in the same way that the Huns and the Magyars and the Vikings, among others, were all brought to Christ when each of them invaded Europe from the east or the north--though in each case it took centuries. In the meantime, we have to destroy their power to take lives. That is where the warriors come in, because in the short term, the only way to stop them is to kill them.
