It's obvious Cruz campaign internal numbers are imploding [vanity]

Posted on 01/19/2016 12:51:53 AM PST by springwater13

Old saying is follow what politicians do, not what they do. In the span of one week, Cruz has did a 180 on his entire campaign strategy. He was basically Trump's mini-me for 6 months. He wouldn't attack. He was praising him everywhere he went. His entire self-admitted strategy caught on tape with donors was to shower him with love.

In the course of one week, he's gone to attacking him on twitter, to attacking him to reporters, to attacking him at his rallies and now a major negative TV ad campaign.

Confident campaigns do not do such 180 degrees shifts in one week.

Campaigns worried they are losing Iowa do such things. The birther thing is hurting badly and Cruz is going full Jeb Bush on Trump.

Spell check doesn’t hurt either.

Er, obvious to whom? Not to seasoned campaigners.

Sure he was.

Yet your guy has been a “conservative” since, well nobody really knows...

He most certainly was a full on New York liberal 8 years ago.

But he wants the Presidency. After Obama, a Democrat isn’t likely to win so he became a Republican. He’s a world class sales man and now he’s making the sale.

The other guy, the “CINO”, spent his professional life defending the constitution. He secured some of your 2nd amendment rights via the Supreme Court from those who were trying to take them. You enjoy those rights now. He’s essentially the only Senator that stood up to Obama care trying to defund it even before it took affect. The RINOs raged at him for it and told the world that he ruined their changes to take the Senate in 2012. The fact of the matter the exact opposite was true.

Your judgement is lacking. You can vote for whomever you want but you have no right to call him a CINO.

Oh, brother.

But you can’t go after Cruz, because for some reason that’s “not fair”.

That's not the reason. The reason is that it won't work.

Amazing so many were singing Cruz’ praises just a short time ago as long as he appeared to be running for Trump’s VP... but then he dared oppose the Donald.. and look how attitudes change.

“No loss. He was a CINO.”

CRUZ is a “CINO?” You aren’t familiar with St. Donald’s background, are you?

I have every right to call him a CINO. I stopped supporting him quite some time ago and did not support him for Veep either.
No self respecting Conservative would vote to strip the Senate of their powers so that Obama could put together the Iran deal. No self respecting Conservative would strip the united States of its Sovereignty by enabling TPP by voting for TPA. He is still all for illegals staying in the country without citizenship but staying anyway.....just more lawyer talk slithering around the amnesty and deportation issues. I don’t trust him, nor the people behind him pulling the strings. He is onboard the cheap labor express and his wife’s affiliation is very interesting to say the least. He doesn’t have the right answers for me.

Let’s shut up about grammar and let the person have his say. This is not a school,it is a discussion forum.

No, you’re an easily misled fool.

Here’s a good explanation of the truth of TPA - if that matters at all to you anymore.

I also find it interesting that a person with a long track record of defending the constitution and our freedom would be so easily dumped by you without at least a little questioning the truth of the matter.

But no, head long over the cliff you go believing the worst possible things. Truth be damned.

Grammar, grammar, grammar... but I'm perplexed about the prologue:

Old saying is follow what politicians do, not what they do.

Truth be damned my foot. I don’t follow people who try to make my decisions for me. On the basis of who has the tool set to get this country back on an even keep economically, there is NO ONE else running that can even come close to Donald’s skill set. It’s The ECONOMY STUPID, haven’t we all heard that before? Well it is more true than ever before. Ignore it at your peril. You so called conservatives are hung up on social issues that will take a long time to unravel....if ever. Yet you quibble and dribble at the mouth that they are the most important things for the future of the country. Without a strong economic base and a strong military the United States ceases to exist as we know it. It will become a part of the NEW WORLD ORDER because it will no longer have a means to resist. Who else except Trump has even spoken the worlds MILITARY? Who says to strengthen our military just as Reagan did? Only Trump. Who says deport the illegals and get jobs back in America for Americans? Only Trump while the tears flow for the poor “immigrants” who are really illegals. Who backs up the Police forces, our men in blue who used to be beloved by all? Trump is the only one. Trump is the only one who wants to put the FABRIC of AMERICA together again. It has been shredded by do gooders and so called conservatives who were elected but DID NOTHING. So Cruz stood up against Obamacare? SO WHAT? How many show votes have been taken against Obamacare? Too many to count. What has it accomplished? Nothing. Just more promises and more promises. Well it comes down to this. We need a rebuild of our fighting forces and Trump will do that. We need a rebuild of our economy and Trump can start to get us turned around by leveling the playing field. He will get us out of bad deals and into fair ones. I don’t ask him to do anything else. That is a pure truckloaad full, but he can do it. Your little long winded pansy neither has the know how or the guts. he is a wimp beside Trump!

You're seriously mistaken....Cruz doesn't conduct nor structure his campaign around what Trump might say.....as the media has. What Trump says is expected and does not interfere with Cruz's operations....which is in a constant state of adapting and maneuvering based on the political layout of their agenda and the voter demographics they choose to engage with them.

Trumps like a gnat that simply needs to be swatted now and then....and afterwords you can hear the sounds of his "buzzing" to regain his balance as his twitter page lights up while he gasps for air....lolol

Amazing how many people were praising Trump just a short time ago as long as he was pounding Jeb, and the other GOPers, so that the Cruz didn’t have to get dirty.

But then he dared oppose Cruz...and look how attitudes change.
