She should’ve left of the last half of that statement and abbreviated it to, “I don’t think.”

From Wiki: "She went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from the University of Pennsylvania in 1967..."

Yes, Andrea, you certainly know more than all those silly lawyers, judges and career FBI investigators who have stated otherwise.

That seems to be this weeks meme:

"No Controlling Legal Authority".

The odd thing I see is that this position would normally have executives who travel with the Secretary, who tote the classified systems with encryption. It’d take less than two minutes to set it up...syn-up...get a copy of the message at the right classification and read it.

It makes no sense to go through this cut and paste garbage....with verbal or written orders to do so....unless you were going to relay this onto people who had no such clearance. That’s the only logical reason why she’d be that stupid. On that cause alone....I’d terminate her clearance and invite the FBI to pursue for other charges.

Since the new tack is “it depends on how you interpret what the law says in black and white”, I can only assume Hillary has circulated a position paper around to her cadre of journalists.

Nothing will come of this email matter except blowback against the stupid and feckless GOPe.

If the FBI decides to recommend some sort of legal action, the Justice Department will need to complete its own review of the matter. And no, the FBI does not have the final say in this.

Any Justice Department review of any potential FBI legal recommendations will need to be conducted carefully and thoroughly.

How long did the Keystone study take?

Did the public care?

The Justice Department is not going to race toward any rush to judgement, so any criminal charges, which are still just hypothetical, would not happen before the election.

The GOPe had best watch its step before deciding to bash the Clintons. They lose every single time!

The FBI has over a hundred agents working on the investigation for a reason. They’ll find enough to bury her and it won’t take years. Whether shes gets “buried” is another issue. At best she’ll be given an offer she can’t refuse like Petraeus. With Comey in charge, the FBI is going to the mat on this one.

One of the leaks from the FBI concerns how incredulous the agents are at what they’re finding.

What we’re seeing is incidents of support for Hillary against the steady leaks from the FBI.

I think one of Hillary’s biggest problems was her intent. She knowingly chose a private server over a government server to hide her nefarious dealings.

Mitchell is the woman who defended Bill Clinton's escapades back during his administration by saying that ‘powerful men have strong sexual appetites’. I'm paraphrasing, but that's truly the gist of what she said as justification for his behavior. So she has previously clarified herself as someone who doesn't mind compromising on integrity and principle, as long as it suits her political ideology and personal biases.

Just recently she went after Bernie Sanders because he dared bring up Bill Clinton's discretions. So she's an incredible Clinton shill, thus is not a credible journalist.

Regarding legal culpability, that's for the FBI and prosecutors to decide, not television news pundits who would likely vote for Hillary if she were to be nominated. Further, just because someone is just beyond the reach of prosecution doesn't mean they are ethical or should be trusted. Al Capone avoided prosecution for a long time.
