Gulchekhra Bobokulova admits to murdering four-year-old child under her care, parading around with her head. Gulchekhra Bobokulova, a 38-year-old nanny with three sons of her own, has admitted to brutally murdering a child she was caring for.
Appearing in court today, she said that "Allah ordered" her to commit her crime, International Business Times reports.
Prosecutors argued that Bobokulova was "incited" before she murdered the child, though police say that they have no found evidence that anyone else was involved. Investigators also do not believe that she has any connection to Islamist groups.
Officials in both Russia and her native Uzbekistan say that Bobokulova had mental health issues.
Several days ago, she was found walking the streets of Moscow in a hijab while carrying the head of a four-year-old girl and yelling "Allahu Akbar" and "I am a terrorist."

I just looked it up. Russia does not have the death penalty. (Unless you count anti-Putin politicians and journalists who print unfavorable things about him.) However, I would guess that prison would be unpleasant and potentially hazardous to a child killer.
These people should consider devoting themselves to a less violent prophet like Charles Manson.

They don’t have the death penalty because other criminals simply hearing stories about Russian prisons is more of a deterrent than death

They’ve been trying to apologize for her, saying that her husband had another woman...but this is a polygamous religion, so I’m sure that wouldn’t have upset her.
She may have had issues, but I’d say the main issue was Islam. Ernest Becker (author of the great work, The Denial of Death) wrote that the mental hospitals in France emptied out during the Revolution and the Terror because the insane had finally found an ideology to which to attach their insanity.
