Raw vote %:
Trump - 40%
Cruz - 29%

Delegate %:
Trump - 49%
Cruz - 32%

Bump created by the "system" (delegate % divided by raw vote%):

For the record, this is my analysis, not anything that Real Clear Politics is saying or presenting.

paying off delegates is good for him, however it is the voters who vote in a general and the voters are saying they don’t want cruz which is not good in a general;

For the record, state-determined delegate allocations (representative democracy) reflecting the primary vote are not in any way comparable to insider schemes to subvert the voter-chosen delegates so that a delegate for A is really a supporter of B.

This lame argument is repeated several dozen times daily by defenders of the.oligarchy, and it’s unworthy of those who claim to be conservative and in opposition to the Uniparty.

On net, perhaps The Donald has benefited even MORE greatly from the system than it has in any way harmed him. All the more reason the Republican Establishment must exercise FAR greater discretion and circumspection in crafting any changes.

As if they had enough capacity for critical thinking to even recognize what a monster they have already created.

System rigging has gone on since the beginning of tribal politics, and one would imagine that as the complexity grew, that nuanced modifications could be slipped in from time to time. But to hook up a direct current appliance to an alternating current circuit is to invite considerable mischief. That is why they make circuit breakers and fuses.

Unworthy of those who claim to be Conservative? Trump is no Conservative, so don’t try and claim that mantle for him or his supporters.

Did TRUMP benefit by with Cruz people becoming Trump delegates?????? The answer is YES! WHY? Because no or not enough TRUMP people showed up to fill the spots. Open delegates seats rules vary from state to state but Trump could have lost those votes.....

OH LOL OK cruz just happens to say please vote for me and they do.

If you seriously think cruz and others do not pay off , and bribe delegates which is not illegal then I suggest you look what is legal and then get out of your naïve state at best.

Brian Johnson and now Axl Rose approve of your analogy.

Can cruz and others take a delegate tell them they will airfare, taxi, meals, hotels paid for?

I will answer for you yes they can and that is what happens so when you say cruz works to get these how the hell do you think he works for them.?

I’m getting a little tired of seeing this Mark Levin meme repeated over and over.

I have to give you credit though his followers are really good at spreading his garbage talking points around.

Did you notice that pesky word “vote” in your analysis? Trump got his delegates from actual voters, Cruz not so much.

Your entire posting history is less than 2 pages and now here you are trying to make hay about how delegates are allotted during the primaries.

Are you up to no good?

Nice try at trying to mitigate the underhanded tactics of Cruz and the GOPe.

There is a big difference between states that give all of their super delegates to the winner of the state, and states that either don’t allow voters to vote or assign the super-delegates to someone other than the person who won the state, or stack the delegates that are bound to a candidate with delegates that are not loyal to that candidate.
