Yeah, a Veterans Administration that has trouble meeting real medical needs of vets in a timely manner should be spending money on genital mutilation.

They can’t even take care of wounded vet’s properly and they decide to add the freaka-zoids to the wait list?

may cover transition-related surgeries for transgender veterans in the near future under a proposed rule change mandatory, unconstitutional edict by the 0bama regime.Fixed it.

So, if you are transgender and a vet (all 6 of you) and you need your gall bladder removed, the VA won’t do it?

Sickening.
Using limited funds for unnecessary surgery that, according to John’s Hopkins professionals, doesn’t help the transgender disorder.
Our veterans deserve better.

Took words right out of my mouth. With all the problems of meeting basic medical needs, we now have to make sex change operations and hormone treatments and all the rest, a priority over everything else???? Really?????
To: reaganaut1
One, I wonder how many transvestites will actually want the surgery.
Second, I wonder how they’ll find enough doctors from Nigeria who know how to perform the procedure.

They are unable to take care of real problems,
and there has been no accountability.
It is time to remove Gen. Hasan and Dr. Hasan
and the others in the Pentagon who support al Qaeda,
is it not?

So glad that they’ve gotten everything else under control at the VA that they can put off life saving treatment and can now focus on vanity mutilations.
If the above statement isn’t true, it’s time to start putting people in Leavenworth until either such ludicrous policies are abandoned as not the VA’s problem, or the problems resolved so they do have time for vanity mutilations.

The barbaric mutilation surgery should be banned by the medical profession itself.

Why does the govt attempt to solve problems affecting a small number of people before it tackles the problems of the majority? How many transgender VA recipients can there be? If THEY wait in line long enough maybe they will change their minds...

VA proposes covering surgeries for transgender vets
Probably because they'll suicide over their craziness before they get around to getting cancer or some other expensive, extended illness.
