Wikileaks reveals apparent sale of presidential appointments by DNC
American Thinker ^ | July 25, 2016 | Thomas Lifson

It has always been taken for granted that presidents appoint wealthy donors to commissions, ambassadorships, and other honors. But we have never before seen evidence of the way the transactions are carried out. However, thanks to Wikileaks, we have an actual spreadsheet listing donors and possible purchases of office being circulated among DNC officials.

Chuck Ross of the Daily Caller has the story.

The spreadsheet — which was accompanied by emails sent between officials with the DNC’s finance team — contains 23 names of little-known corporate executives and professional fundraisers who have donated to the committee and various Democratic political action committees.

“Any folks who you’d like to be considered to be on the board of (for example) USPS, NEA, NEH. Basically anyone who has a niche interest and might like to serve on the board of one of these orgs.”

Government positions were offered up for sale to Democrat donors.

Once Bill and Hill get back into office, they’re going to take this to the national scale for all parts of the executive branch.

I cannot believe how all this supports the claims in D’souza’s, ‘Hillary’s America’ documentary out this weekend.

DNC officials broke federal law (18 USC § 599 & 600) by rewarding top Clinton donors with appointments.

With the fox in charge of the hen house, the hens better shut up or they’ll be the first eaten.

Now, this is some really juicy stuff.

The issue isn’t that some donors get positions in the new administration, a level of corruption we’ve become accustomed to. It’s that it is so organized. A sign-up sheet!

We always knew it. Now we have actual evidence. I wonder if they hacked the RNC? I wonder if there are damning emails from the RNC that will be released in a ‘timely’ fashion? Or if they do have RNC emails, that maybe they are just too boring to bother with? I guess we will find out in due time.

This is what politics is. They use the power of their office to give out favors, all paid for by the taxpayers.

Americans have the perception that their government is not corrupt. They are so badly mistaken.

Absolute power, corrupts absolutely? Its time to clean house, maybe now we the people have a good shot at it. All those people who threatened to leave the USA if Trump is elected may have to.

Boring is probably the word you are looking for.

Most conservative and Republican donors have actual lives and businesses and got no time for appointments.

We usually just want to be left alone.

They may have gotten into the DNC's server, but thank goodness those pesky Russians didn't hack Hillary's private email server holding all of those national security secrets. /sarc
