Did you know until 1952 Ford’s were made with wood. Kingsford Charcoal was an offshot of the process of cutting the ends off the oak wood used in the manufacturing process. Kingsford got its name one of Ford;s senior employees. Just think Ford’s no longer made in the USA. Ford has a huge plant in Brazil. I can remember the word Brazil on my nephew’s Ford Ranger rims.

Ford is EXPANDING production in the US...yes they are moving small car production to Mexico...but larger more lucrative vehicle production in the US is INCREASING.
Yes, there are other reasons companies move production from the US to cheap labor nations, but cheap labor is and always has been by far the main reason manufacturing leaves the US.
