When future generations read about the Great Gender Pronoun Wars of the early twenty-first century, they will most certainly learn of Grant Strobl a noble and mighty king.
His Majesty is an unlikely title for a 21-year-old political science major from Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
It was definitely activism by accident, he told me.
The University of Michigan recently announced a new initiative to allow students to select their preferred gender pronouns through an online service.
You could put anything you wanted into the system, Grant told me. So I did.
Yes, good readers Grant Strobl changed his designated pronoun to His Majesty.
His Majesty is not a pronoun, but neither is zir or zi, His Majesty told me. None of them are recognized in the English language. Everything is completely arbitrary now. You can identify as anything you want.

So exactly how did he defeat them?! Looks like a bunch of nonsense To me. Or is that the point. Nonsense is victory?! What???
Grand Universal Overlord.
Asking about and correctly using “someones designated pronoun is one of the most basic ways to show your respect for their identity and to cultivate an environment that respects all gender identities, wrote Provost Martha Pollack in an email to students and faculty.
Its all part of the universitys effort to foster an environment of inclusiveness.
I’m sure the author is sincere in her belief *cough*, and that is sad for academia in America. And what’s all this zi an zir nonsense? Aren’t they still using different “pronouns” for male and female? What’s wrong with just using him and her? This liberal has been educated to the point of being stupid.
Perfect! Then there’s Open Wide for Chunky.
So many ways to mess with that system.
Old Curmudgeon
I hope a student videos roll call on the first day of class.
Open Wide for Mr. Chunky? ‘Here’
Big Beef Supreme? “Here!’
Hugh Mongus? ‘Present!’
“His Majesty” Is Racist, Sexist, Misogynistic, Islamophobic, Mortiphobic, and every other phobic that I can’t remember off the top of my head such as agoraphobic, and claustrophobic. This kid should be executed by a modern day Che Guevary immediately, before college students start thinking for themselves.
It’s a fake reality with this gender-ID business. So this kid just wised up and laid down a trump-card. More kids will do this and the whole fake gender deal will wrap up by the end of 2017, my humble opinion.
If you asked me for the next trend? I think the plastic surgery guys will find ways to remake people into Vulcans or Klingons, and people will start to ID their race as such.
T rex. I already took that one, and it can only be used once!
Maybe, “Maleficent of the Q Continuum”
That would be priceless.
Seems 'His Majesty' is actually learning something there after all. Let me help you with your education good sir... It isn't just many of the student on campus that feel that way - you're going to find that particular affliction is widespread among people who call themselves "liberals" and "tolerant" and "accepting" or supportive of "diversity." As you're finding out - it really only means they want you to be accepting etc. of their ideas, not the other way around.
Oddly enough, I HAVE used Xe and Xyr as pronouns before.
Because I was writing a FANTASY story, and the subject was literally no sex, but ‘it’ was too impersonal.
You see that libs? FANTASY.
Well done, Your Majesty.
You shall call me El Conquistador...
Say it!!!
Why, might you ask, because PhD is also known for Piling it High & Deep.
That would be what comes out of the south end of a Bull.
Foghorn Leghorn
Boy, I say boy..... your about to exceed the limitations of my medication!
LOL!
His choice mocked their BS and requires them to self-mock every time they address him. If the gender freaks don’t comply they’re microagressing him and risk action by the university.
I prefer “Thou”, with a capital T. Or just plain old “Massa Jim”, preceded by “Yassuh”.
I am The Human Trigger.
