Donald Trump surpasses Hillary Clinton in the latest Rasmussen tracking poll, which finds likely voters prefer Trump to Clinton, 43 percent to 41 percent.

In Wednesday’s poll, Clinton led Trump by four points, 43 percent to 39 percent. Her lead has continued to decrease since Monday when she had a seven point lead and then dropped two points to a five point lead on Tuesday.

The Rasmussen Poll is biased towards Democrats. But it still shows Trump leading.

No political candidate in my lifetime has endured the level of attacks that Trump has. Hundreds of millions of negative ads were spent to destroy him in the primaries.

The Democrat Party, The Republican establishment, the media, the Washington insiders and the globalist establishment have dedicated enormous resources to destroying Trump.

And they have failed.

Right on. Monica Crowley mentioned this morning on FBN that it is very possible that the MSM and piling on by establishment politicians is backfiring and causing more support to his cause. I think she has something here.

there seems to be too much movement this close to the election.
I’m guessing that a RAT or a Repub wont be changing their minds anymore. ( barring a catastrophe)
I’m guessing the movement, if any, is from Indies.

No, it tends to lead Republican. Every election cycle however, they try to tweak their methodology to get it right. Last time they had Romney winning. Is their "special sauce" right this year? Who knows..

"it is very possible that the MSM and piling on by establishment politicians is backfiring and causing more support to his cause."

That's what happened during the GOP primaries, when the fifth-column leftist Hillarymedia declared with every negative spin that this was the "smoking gun" or the "Titanic moment" or the "last gasp" for the Trump campaign. And then a day or so later when the polls came out, Trump's numbers went up.

The smell of Demonicrat desperation now permeates the airwaves.

Monica Crowley was on the John Batchelor Show last night. There is a podcast on Audioboom “Clinton defends while Trump attacks”

Really?

Maybe. They were right leaning in 2012, but Scott Rasmussen has been gone for a while. Hard to say with new management what it really is now.

The biased sex tape polls with Hill up 8-10 means it’s tied. The post debate polls with Trump up 2 means he’s up 10.

“The latest Rasmussen Reports White House Watch national telephone and online survey shows Trump with 43% support among Likely U.S. Voters to Clinton’s 41%. Yesterday, Clinton still held a four-point 43% to 39% lead over Trump, but  that was down from five points on Tuesday and her biggest lead ever of seven points on Monday. “

“No, it tends to lead Republican. Every election cycle however, they try to tweak their methodology to get it right. Last time they had Romney winning.”

In previous elections Rasmussen tended to favor Republicans.
I think the main reasons they were wrong in 2012 were voter fraud and Romney’s terrible campaign.

This year I think that their methodology favors Clinton. Though it is not as blatant as some of the other polls.

But the main point is, despite constant attacks by the media and other Republicans, Trump continues to do well.

Realistic polls don't shift that much in such a short period of time when there are no signficant developments. Either some of them are inaccurate or biased. Since they presumably ask the same question, the biasing variable is demographics of the people polled.

I think the polls are now showing the real results of the last debate about now and the trendline if that if true should be more stable.

The campaign of smearing Trump has taken a decidedly gender biased flavor and is intended to influence women voters. Even then, I seriously doubt that voters would shift six or seven points in a few days. Most people realistically see the smear campaign for what it is, a dirty political trick trying to fool only the most gullible.

I know I’m not the only one who sees this election not just as a vote, but as an opportunity to give the ruling elites, including the MSM a giant FU.

Really?

Latest Rasmussen Polls Project Romney To Win 279+ Electoral Vote

The Romney campaign had its disastrous and untested hi-tech get out the vote system called Orca. Orca went belly up election day due to poor design and no testing. This alone didn’t do in Romney, but it contributed. They basically sabotaged themselves.

I agree.

I think the polls are biased against Trump.

All polls are inaccurate to some extent. The problem is that the error is not random. It is biased towards one candidate.

This is simple, they hold on to a tape for max effect.
Run it continuously it works for a bit.
Then they get stupid and start trotting out all these assaults from years ago.
The NY daily news front page said something to the effect that trump has eyes on a 10 yr old.
Most reasonable people now see that this is nonsense and polls start going back up
