Anyone remember this event on Nov. 14?

Report: Soros, Big Liberal Donors Meeting with Dems on Stopping Trump

Now Team Hillary is on board ... surprise! (/sarc). And Stein plans to extend the recount to other states, as well.

If the recounts are not done in time, the state legislatures have the option of using the original results and directing the electors to vote accordingly.

That’s a theory, and it may even be valid. As long as it doesn’t change the outcome I could care less. We all still know Trump won by a landslide, and his reelection landslide will be even greater.

I thought this also, and posted about it yesterday - but it’s not true.

The President is elected by a majority, not of possible electors (270), but by a majority of electors ACTUALLY APPOINTED (it says that, right in Article II and again in Amendment XII).

So, while I agree the purpose is to hurt Trump, blocking the certification of these electors can’t send the election to the House.

Exactly my own thoughts - they want to either "reduce his mandate" or be able to cry that he was selected instead of elected.

i think it will backfire because those who scheme do so with the old paradigms that say they will prevail and not be called to task - the eyes of too many of the People have been opened.

If I am right and this really all about keeping PizzaGate off the front pages, then Maine’s delegation will vote clinton/kaine.

If Jill and Hillary’s lawyers actively try to slow down/delay the process, we will know for sure.

The real reason is Jill Stein promoting Jill Stein and the Green Party... big political windfall for them... millions of nutcase Dems now love Jill and the Green Party.

It’s all about JILL!

Unless hillary un-concedes, she's bound by her concession.

All of this is an exercise in futility and and effort to keep unlearned America confused.

REMEMBER ... 87% of the electorate is public school HS graduates and (I'm guessing) about 20% of those are liberal arts (commie) college degree holders.

Bottom line, about 60% are card carrying socialists and have no clue what the Constitution says and would actively erase it from our history.

(Some already making that attempt)

First, I DO BELIEVE hillary and soros are in this to win, to to hurt Trump’s legitimacy.

Second, who gives a ####?

All this talk about hurting him because he lost the popular vote, now he may have to win by congress vote, means nothing.

He’s still the president and the congress is republican.

It would make sense if the congress were democrat, then they could say “look, he doesn’t have a mandate, the people back us!!”

But they dont.

And this doesn’t matter.

Not even a little.

I believe Mr. Baehr is correct. The Democrats know they can't win but they are looking for a MinMax solution.

The last time the dems did this in 2000 they succeeded in disrupting the transition, delaying the confirmation of some appointees and convincing Al Qaeda that Bush was weak and would not be able to respond to a major terrorist attack on US soil.

‘rats on the ground’ aren’t angry enough for their puppet masters. They’re trying to resurrect Franken (recount) Stein to scare the snowflakes. Seek shelter immediately precious snowflakes. Chill.

I would like to address the comparisons many have made with Al Franken’s 2008 Senate contest. The following from Wikipedia:

“Preliminary reports on election night, November 4, had Coleman ahead by over 700 votes, but the official results certified on November 18, 2008, had Coleman leading by only 215 votes. As the two candidates were separated by less than 0.5 percent, the Secretary of State of Minnesota Mark Ritchie, authorized an automatic recount stipulated in Minnesota election law. In the recount, ballots and certifying materials were examined by hand, and candidates could file challenges to the legality of ballots or materials for inclusion or exclusion with regard to the recount. On January 5, 2009, the Minnesota State Canvassing Board certified the recounted vote totals, with Franken ahead by 225 votes.[60]

On January 6, 2009, Coleman’s campaign filed an election contest, which led to a trial before a three-judge panel.[61] The trial ended on April 7, when the panel ruled that 351 of 387 disputed absentee ballots were incorrectly rejected and ordered them counted. Counting those ballots raised Franken’s lead to 312 votes.”

Basically, it was a close election result that legally triggered a recount and that those few more (originally rejected) ballots that were included via the legal challenge gave Franken the edge over Coleman.

To say that Franken won after one recount after another (as if it was done until he got his desired result) gave him that Senate seat is false and absolutely misleading. Even though, to be sure, I certainly do not share Mr. Franken’s politics, I’m very surprised with many here who mention simplistic comparisons with him when they obviously have not read about what actually did happen, given the Wikipedia excerpt I quote here.

Trump is moving to have overseas country's investigate the Clinton Foundation.

Hillary should have gone quietly into the Night.

Trump will Prosecute Team Hillary and utilize Wikileaks to open multiple investigations against member of the Left both political and private citizen. Draining the Swamp just got turned in a political Civil War.

Following on with what this brief article says, in other words the Clintons and their far Left cohorts don't give a crap about this country. We've always suspected they want to destroy this country, and now we have the stone cold proof.

I wish I had the means to start a "Tell The Truth" campaign against the media. We need millions of voices to shame into telling the truth that:

1. Clinton's supposed lead in the "popular" vote comes from illegals in California.

2. There is no such thing as the "popular" vote in our system. We have 50 separate state elections.

3. We have the Electoral College for an extremely important reason.

4. Starting these recalls now, nearly a month after the election and by a very minor party candidate who has no real reason to demand them, is only a disgusting SCHEME by the hard Left to basically overthrow our legitimate election.

From what I can find on the net, Jill Stein’s actual 2016 campaign raised just under $2 Millions, so her recount fundraising is about twice as profitable. I suppose next time she can go straight to the recount fundraising and forget the actual campaign. What a country!
