The situation would never be reversed because we would not be filing frivilous recounts after the election was decided. Jill FAIL.

Absolutely. Stein is truly irrelevant to the recounts and I am surprised she hasn't gotten this far spending tons of other people's money (but that's what communists do!)

This is just Sore-Loserman Part II ... only this time Hillary Clinton is the lead.

I hope Trump takes this into account when deciding whether or not to investigate Clinton's multiple felonies.

Unfortunately, Jillary the dumb b*tch is right. The court will have to take the Trump factor into consideration. But it is also indicative of the lengths that HILLARY will go to to see this election overturned.

jill, you ignorant slut. I vote for jill as Woman of the Year and as Supreme Idiot and Poor Loser. The lunacy of this malignancy begs for her to be institutionalized for the rest of her apparently worthless life.

The Hillary campaign: exploiting every weakness — and this is a legitimate one - through Jillary Stein.

PING!

Never gonna happen.

I sure hope not, but I am quite worried. Momentum is certainly building for a Hillary win... there are certainly enough bad judges out there to pull this off, Trump electors are defecting (and surely some others are too but are just keeping quiet about it).

Yes, her family coat of arms obviously ties in the back.

When will a judge finally end this

If you are counting on courts and judges to end this, you'd better pack a lunch.

The end to this is the fact that no Article III court has jurisdiction over the appointment of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, they should not be hearing these cases as they are all nonjusticeable without exception.

Until a Secretary of State, somewhere, declares the Federal courts to be powerless in these matters and ignores one of their pretended orders, it will go on and get worse.

If that is the case t’hen every ju

I still believe that Jill Stein is just a hand puppet for Soros. She is the face for his insidious machinations to destroy this country.

The Voting Rights Act handed all sorts of power to the Federal courts over state election processes.

Unintended consequences.
