Charge Stein with all court costs for filing frivolous lawsuits.

Stein ought to be sued into oblivion for this crap.

People in Wis, Pa and Mi should lineup to sue her in civil court and her Green Party.

The IRS in 2017 under orders from President Trump's new AG should do a complete head to anal audit off Stein and check her out for off shore accounts for payments from the Clintoon Foundation, George $oreA$$ and the DNC to have Stein do these outrageous stunts.

Liberals are the Borg, with Hillary as the Borg Queen. Once again, their attempt to assimilate us has failed. Resistance is not only not futile, it’s essential.

My guess is that this gets wrapped up fairly quickly. The Dems must be panicked with their fraud scheme in Detroit getting exposed. That is one positive to come out of this Stein recount fiasco.

This is getting confusing with the state court saying it must stop and the Federal court saying it should continue.

Maybe. Stein will appeal to the MI Supreme Court, and if losing there she will be back into Judge Goldsmith’s court where she will win again. This will go on another week or more, during which case the recount continues under Goldsmith’s original order. Goldsmith won’t change his original order on the recount, but will find another angle to continue it.

I agree with the A.G. Jill Stein is not an aggrieved party. If Hillary believes that she’s an aggrieved candidate, she needs to pursue this on her on behalf.

“Hozabat a peek up her vagina ...... if she’s got one?”

No thank you, but I love how our conservative women would/will handle the feminist creeps from the dark side.

Stein and her ilk are anarchists of the same type as Emma Goldman who was a political activist for anarchy and co-conspirator of the tragic McKinley assassination.

Alinsky tactics actually were in place long before Alinsky, although his book is a convenient modern vehicle for the anarchy movement instructing his followers on how to create of chaos and confusion.

“Should? That doesn’t sound definite.”

Should have been denied by the MI Board of State Canvassers; in other words, the Michigan Court of Appeals overturned the incorrect decision by the MI Board of State Canvassers to grant Stein’s request for a recount.

Are the so-called “contributions” to Stein’s recall efforts taxable under federal law?

And yet they are still counting. I don’t see how they stop unless they magically show Hillary ahead in MI.

There are multiple courts issuing opinions. The Michigan Appeals Court rejected the recount. However the Federal appeals court upheld a federal judge's ruling that the recount must precede.

State, federal courts release dueling decisions in battle over Michigan presidential recount

They are saying this might end up at SCOTUS.

The court ruling explicitly rejected the argument from Stein’s attorney that she qualified as an aggrieved party in the outcome. It then went further and scolded the Board of State Canvassers, ruling that they had a duty to reject Stein’s recount demand and had failed by not doing so. The board meets tomorrow at 9:30 am ET, at which point Schuette will ask them to comply.
