FROM MI GOP FACEBOOK: LANSING, Mich., Dec. 6, 2016 – Michigan Republican Party Chairman Ronna Romney McDaniel issued the following statement regarding the rulings of the Michigan Court of Appeals and the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals:
“This is a win for Michigan taxpayers. The Michigan Court of Appeals ruled in our favor, determining that the petition for recount filed by Dr. Jill Stein should have been denied. Dr. Stein is not an aggrieved candidate as she has no chance of winning the election in Michigan.”
The U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals made clear, in their ruling, that “If, subsequently, the Michigan courts determine that Plaintiffs’ recount is improper under Michigan state law for any reason, we expect the district court to entertain any properly filed motions to dissolve or modify its order in this case.”
Eventually, she’ll appeal this to the UN, and when that doesn’t work she’ll file a brief with the Federation.
It’s about time this insanity was stopped.

My guess is that this gets wrapped up fairly quickly. The Dems must be panicked with their fraud scheme in Detroit getting exposed. That is one positive to come out of this Stein recount fiasco.
This is getting confusing with the state court saying it must stop and the Federal court saying it should continue.
I agree with the A.G. Jill Stein is not an aggrieved party. If Hillary believes that she’s an aggrieved candidate, she needs to pursue this on her on behalf.

Obviously the judge doesn’t know liberals. Jill could keep counting and counting and eventually trainloads of previously undiscovered ballots will appear and tilt the direction in her favor.
Everyone can pat themselves on the back and call the stopping of the Michigan Recount a “win,” but the real reason it was stopped is because the Democrats didn’t want any further scrutiny on the 180,000 Hillary votes in Wayne County that were reported by the vote-counting machines but that had no paper ballot to support them.
Vote fraud. En Masse. The Democrats were running the same Hillary ballot through 87 different vote-counting machines 180,000 times.
