Jeb Bush: "I'm Not In Therapy"
The Week ^ | 1/13/2017 | Becca Stanek

Posted on 01/14/2017 8:50:09 AM PST by usafa92

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush's experience in the 2016 Republican presidential primary was apparently enough to make him swear off ever running for political office again. While speaking Thursday at Texas A&M University, where he's spending two weeks teaching a course about governors, Bush admitted that he thinks 2016 was his best — and only — shot at making his presidential dreams a reality. "I unraveled everything I was doing to prepare for this — you don't do that lightly," Bush said. "I just think this was my chance."

But Bush swears he's doing okay in spite of his loss. He's moved on from giving out tiny toy turtles, and has turned his focus back to his education policy foundation and consulting work. "The conditions of this election weren't tailormade for me and I lost," Bush said. "But I'm not in therapy. I'm not in the fetal position. Life goes on." Becca Stanek

Can you imagine how much losing we would have EVEN IF Bush had beaten Hillary (unlikely).

HINT: There would still be protests, there would be calls of racism, there would be fake news, but there would not be Mattis, Tillerson and the press conference to begin all press conferences. Foreign leaders wouldn't be rushing to mic's to tell us they are ready to "negotiate" before he was even inaugurated.

Instead it would be mealy mouthed losing aka "compromise" at every single step. And after his term, the leftists would still have painted us all as Nazis even with a luke warm dud like Yeb.

“Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush’s experience in the 2016 Republican presidential primary was apparently enough to make him swear off ever running for political office again.”

yeah, spending $150 million of other peoples’ money and not getting a single delegate for the primary tends to do that ...

Translated: “I’m in therapy. I’m in the fetal position. My life is over. It was my turn. Gosh.”

I worked on all Jeb’s campaigns,I met her a few times, she was always sweet and gracious. Jeb changed over the years,we used to email frequently, sometimes we would disagree and I let him have it,he did not like that much. He was a pisser towards the end of his governorship, and he seemed different. He was a great governor with few exceptions, after that he was a shadow of his former self. The last time I saw him he was in town for a fundraiser of sorts, and I went to have my picture taken with him,I accidentally hit him in the butt with my purse ,it was priceless when he jerked forward, then composed himself while I was laughing hysterically,as was the guy behind us. Still makes me laugh,he was such a sissy.

Not funny, dude. Don’t bring his wife or kids into this. Bush himself might be a political turd but his wife is a decent lady and his kids are fine Americans.

Are you a paid apologist for the 'New World Order' or are you just out and out ignorant. Or perhaps you just forgot the sarcasm tag.

The only reason his daughter Noelle isn't in prison is that he managed to pull strings to get her a pass when she got caught smuggling drugs into her rehab facility.

More string pulling kept his wife Columbia out of prison when she got caught smuggling about $19,000 in jewelry and other 'items' into the US.

And his son George is best known in Texas for his attempts to steal the Alamo library from the Daughters of the Republic of Texas.

Fine Americans? No, Corrupt Mexicans.

The four-generation Bush Crime Spree is over. At least, crimes involving political office.

The worst decision Reagan ever made. Almost cost him his life.

I’ve long believe that if Mr. Schindler had been a huge Bush financial backer, Terri may have been spared.

Well Jeb,do you consider not being in therapy a good thing or a bad thing?Because I’ve got to tell you that you need all the help you can get.

I think its a perfectly valid question. His wife needs to assimilate into our American society,if for no other reason than to set a good example for their kids.
