California Secretary of State Alex Padilla announced Thursday that a ballot initiative called “California Nation” has been approved by the state to begin collecting signatures to qualify for the 2018 ballot. The effort is supported by the “Yes California” campaign, an organization that enjoys the support of the Russian government and whose founder, Louis Marinelli, now lives in Russia.

I knew that State of Jefferson would choose not to secede. What I meant was does this increase your chances of getting your own state in a legal or popular support sense.
After the potential ramifications and consequences sink in, even the California voters will reject this reckless nonsense.
Perhaps the division should be along county lines, or better,voting precincts.
Too bad we can’t do like the human body when it senses an infection like a boil. It builds a cellular wall around it and allows the infection to die out.
We could build a wall around these voting precincts and allow them to devour themselves.
We need a parallel effort in the other 49 called #CALBOOT to in effect expel CA from the Union.
Can I sign? I’m not a registered voter in CA nor a resident but that doesn’t seem to matter to them.

One good thing about dropping CA is that we wouldn’t have to pay their SS benefits, unless of course some future commie in the WH allows a reciprocity agreement to be set up like we have for many other countries.

You folks in CA can leave. But you’re gonna leave the land with ya. I suggest relocating to North Korea...its beautiful this time of year. Maybe you can sneak over in to Mexico. They like it when you sneak in.
Red counties should then secede and petition to rejoin the US. Extend the Wall so it blocks off the blue counties.
Worked for West Virginia, so there’s precedent.
