CNN Producer Sues Over Trump Refugee Order

A CNN producer, editor and Iraqi national who was detained at an Atlanta airport on Sunday has filed a federal lawsuit to challenge President Trump's immigration order, according to The Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Mohammed Tawfeeq, the CNN producer, has been a permanent legal resident of the U.S. since 2013.
Tawfeeq’s CNN duties include frequently traveling to the Middle East, according to the lawsuit filed Tuesday.
Tawfeeq was detained Sunday at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport for additional screening, delaying his entry into the United States.

Just to be clear, if he was detained, it was not because of what is contained in the order. The order is not about people that are already in the US.
i.e. he (and possibly those detaining him) is confused.
