Judge needs to be kicked out of the justice system for violating the Constitution which is VERY clear on the right of President to issue such EO’s. ENOUGH if violating the division of powers. THE EXECUTIVE has the right in this instance and liberal judges better learn that FACT really quick or ALL will be replaced.

I am not an expert but besides the merit of the case, isn’t a Federal judge limited to a geographical area? I know district courts only rule over districts and their rulings only effect those within the district, so how can a lower court rule nation wide, isn’t that what the Supreme Court does.
Now as to the merit, didn’t Obama already win the case on what states can and can not do over immigration (very little, it is a federal obligation.)

I expected the appeal of the stay by noon today.
Instead “The Department of Homeland Security says it has suspended “any and all actions” regarding President Trump’s ban on citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries entering the United States” an hour ago.
