Let’s see if they repeal the Obamacare penalty in time for the April filing deadline for 2016 tax returns.

The judge is blocking the Executive part of our Democracy from exercising its lawful duties. The Constitution supports Trump as do several laws.
Bush' "compassionate conservatism" is biting us as bad as Obama's treason.
For now, that judge’s order stands.
However, the president can work around the judge’s order by granting Pardons to Homeland Security Agents that refuse to follow the judge’s order or by removing Homeland Security and installing the Military Police at all Ports of Entry.
The Military Police would follow President Trump’s directive and not the judicial order.
Have the House impeach this so-called judge. This judge should know that to obstruct a lawful order of the President is treason.
The Office of Field Operations for CBP, the people you want to replace, numbers more than 20,000 people. You have to dig up that many MP’s and then train them to do that job. That would take longer than this case will take.
Are you kidding. A Federal judge has only his district and not the Country. Second he cannot overrule a legal President authority set forth in the Constitution.
Might be a good way to clean house.

Our Military can deploy fast and until the Military Police are in place at all Ports of Entry, all international travel to the US can be halted. It would not take all that long, maybe a few days.

The judge did not “override” the President’s order.
However, as Commander in Chief, President Trump has various avenues to go around the judge’s decision.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
As far as I can tell, if some judge can get away with acting unilaterally with no basis in law WHAT SO EVER then what exactly was the point of bothering to vote for Trump in the first place?
I don’t know how appellate judges’ minds work, but if pissing them off hurts your case, cracks about a “so-called judge” will probably do the job.
There may be 19 (or more) GOP Senators who would gladly vote for conviction and removal from office. It wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
At this time, an impeachment resolution could not make it through the House. But the danger is real, and serious.
The judge’s order is:
1. invalid on its face (fails to state a legal basis for its ruling),
2. illegal (the law Clearly provides that the President has the authority to exclude from entry into USA...any aliens who he deems pose a threat to America, this is explicit in the law), and
3. unconstitutional (the President is not only Commander in Chief but he is sworn to defend USA from all enemies domestic and foreign; also it is long settled that the President’s powers are at the maximum regarding national defense ... and at our nation’s borders).
All of the above is crystal clear.... I will be surprised if DJT doesn’t get the judge’s order tossed within a matter of just hours.

Perhaps you should research this ...
If a refugee ends up committing a terrorist act after coming in during the time period of this judge’s ridiculous ruling, I hope the Trump administration will point out and make it quite clear that the judge has blood on his hands. Time for these judges to own up to their decisions.
