He is not fulfilling his duty to judge according to law and constitution, but instead judges from his views and feelings about the matter and the people coming before his court. It’s been stated in other articles he is not an unbiased judge as he and other judges should be.

At some point potus will have to ignore these judges. What if a judge attempts to block a military action or the like? Or block a vote by congress to seat Gorsuch?

Yes, and there have been countless judges “legally appointed” by ruthless dictators throughout history. And more than a few of these “so-called” judges have sentenced political enemies to death. And this so-called judge in Washington will have done essentially the same thing should any incoming jihadist end up murdering American citizens.
It was intended as a joke, thus the reason for the smiley face. I am well aware that they have to be impeached by the Senate to be removed.
