President Trump on Saturday escalated his critique of a temporary nationwide restraining order on his executive order barring citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the U.S., directing his ire this time at the federal judge in Seattle behind the move.
"The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!", the president declared on Twitter.
In warning that the restraining order will not stand, Trump may be referring to the Justice Department's intent to announce an emergency stay on the judge's "outrageous" restraining order, announced by the White House Friday evening. The word "outrageous" was later removed in a followup statement.
"When a country is no longer able to say who can, and who cannot , come in & out, especially for reasons of safety &.security - big trouble!" Trump continued. "Interesting that certain Middle-Eastern countries agree with the ban. They know if certain people are allowed in it's death & destruction!"

Unfortunately, in this case, the federal judge does speak for the country.
And while President Trump cannot remove the federal judge, Trump can grant Pardons to all Homeland Security Agents that refuse to follow the federal judge’s order.
President Trump could also fire or suspend all Homeland Security Agents and replace them with Military Police who would be completely under President’s Trump’s control.
Shadow govt. in action......judge is in charge not pres and govt. agencies taking orders from some judge?

Once ignorance of the law on their part is demonstrated, judges should be removed from the bench and incarcerated.
Only the US Senate can remove him.

I dont have a problem with the point of the tweet. But calling the judge “so-called” was a boneheaded move that is completely counfer-productive and distracting from the point. After all, the judge IS a legally appointed judge. Point Democrats.
He could be arrested and detained while awaiting trial.

Has anybody actually seen the full decision, yet? I am wondering if it holds up to even subtle scrutiny. The judge is essentially blocking use of a 65 year old law.
