That is exactly the thing that tells you who the NAZI’s are.

Note to Berkeley rioters: if you’re breaking glass at night because a Jew is speaking, you’re not protesting fascism. You are fascism. — Sean Davis, co-founder of The Federalist.

Myself and another conservative faculty member, in the bay area, use private email for any political gossip. There is an anti-Trump sentiment among most faculty that you wouldn’t believe. Ok, maybe most of you would believe it.

How things have changed.

Back in the early ‘50s, in the days of the homosexual oriented Mattachine Society, the members kept their identities secret. They spoke in code, if I recall correctly, they organized into local cells, so that all members didn’t even personally know some other members. It was an underground organization.

At that time, homosexuality was hidden in society.

Contrast with today, with homosexuality being very open, sometimes brazenly so. But we see traditional political conservatism being driven underground instead, as we see in this story from the liberal Bay Area.

off topic, but I was talking to someone recently, and they were shocked, just shocked, that I mention having listened to Rush Limbaugh. I don’t listen regularly, just off and on. I also listen to Dennis Prager sometimes, again off and on, not regularly.

So I wonder if this same concept applies to talk radio. Dare we mention to anyone that we even listen to talk radio??? That seems to be something that liberal types cannot understand.

“If you witness what happened in Berkeley, actually they are so violent on top of it. I mean being a conservative in the Bay Area is like being a heretic,” says Ward. “You lead a double life. You can never tell your friends and co-workers.”

Largely the same here in the shadow of the Seattlunatics.

Keeping things quiet means that not everyone who might be interested will hear about it. It means that the group cannot attract new members. It means that their first amendment rights are seriously impacted.

I don’t know folks. I think we have to keep airing these things in public. Let the real storm-troopers reveal themselves.

People get upset because Trump didn’t use the language a male pussy would use, and yet rioters, knocking people unconscious, kicking them when they are down, and destroying over $100,000 dollar worth of property goes without any criticism by the same people.

Leftists think the violence was called for (when it wasn’t), so it’s okay.

Trump’s words were called for, but they don’t think so, and they are not okay with them. Too bad!

There’s a real conflict when it comes to the outrage of the Left. They aren’t even consistent in their own minds.

Surely some folks on the Left can see that. Everyone else does.

Too bad there isn’t some mechanical device that allows a person to defend themselves from attackers at a distance that also negates differences in size, athleticism, and even numbers.

Which leads to the question of resistance to the resistance. Effective tactics for people in deep-blue states to use to counter the anti-Trump leftist resistance. Constraints: we are outnumbered. Law enforcement tends to be on the PC side. Property such as houses and cars are subject to attack.

Our silence confuses them. To this day they do not understand why they lost. They confuse our lack of childish reaction with non-existence.

When I lived in the Bay area I lived and worked mostly in The City and on the Peninsula. Most of my friends were from Santa Clara or points south. You never talked about your political beliefs with the people you work with. It could cost you your job.

Allegedly founded on tolerance and nonviolence, the left has now become the driving force for hate and violence.

I have learned a great deal about my Pittsburg High (Contra Costa County)high school classmates via Facebook since the election was final. So many of them have expressed their lunacy that I don’t even bother to rebut.

Granted I grew up in a factory town where Unionism was king but the atmosphere of the 60’s and early 70’s before I left wasn’t anything as nasty and remorsefully repugnant as that which I am reading.

Hope they get over it; they haven’t much choice.

I have friends and family who are stealth mode.

I am apparently the only one out in the open, which must be why I receive so much ridiculous, tiresome bile from so many so called friends.

I take it so I can make them look stupid but they continue talking about staged incidents as well, promoting the violence going around, which makes them fascists on the one hand and loud mouthed cowards who egg on others from a distance, so it doesn’t cost them anything.
