McClenney was also charged after a home invasion on East Bay Shore Drive in July 2016. He spent several months in jail and then in December, he was allowed to bond out.

The Commonwealth Attorney’s office tells 10 On Your Side they argued against McClenney bonding out, but the judge still granted it.

I will e-mail the reporter asking why the judge wasn't named. That judge needs lights, cameras and microphones shoved in their face asking why they put the public at risk.

"That judge needs lights, cameras and microphones shoved in their face asking why they put the public at risk."

That judge needs to be removed from office and face charges of gross criminal negligence.

Add the judges who blocked the president’s travel ban.
Shove them into the spotlight.

I, too, would like to know the basis for the judge's decision given his prior arrests. If he dies, did the judge do him a favor?

It’s a shame the store clerk will have to wait until the Perl dies before he can go to his awards ceremony and get his medal, (sarc)

The 7 Eleven franchisor should grant their employee some paid leave and some range time.

...he has been arrested three other times for robberies. ....McClenney was also charged after a home invasion on East Bay Shore Drive in July 2016.

The 7-11 clerk performed a public service for all of us, removing a threat to our safety and for that he is to be commended.

wearing a mask in public

Not sure I've ever seen that listed as a criminal charge. Hopefully, October 31 and Fat Tuesday before Lent are exempt.

News story from previous arrest:

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) — A man suspected of a Virginia Beach home invasion earlier this year has been arrested near Richmond.

http://www.13newsnow.com/news/local/mycity/virginia-beach/arrest-made-in-july-virginia-beach-home-invasion/318838332

Back on July 5th, police say Davin McClenney forced his way inside a home on Bay Shore Drive and held the owner at gunpoint. The suspect stole several items and then ran off.

McClenney was captured in Chesterfield County, and faces numerous charges, including abduction and kidnapping, breaking and entering with intent to rape, rob, or murder, robbery, two counts of displaying a firearm in commission of a felony, and wearing a mask in a public place.

Some of the perp's facebook posts:

https://www.facebook.com/davin.mcclenney

"Crusin the 757 im off the bracelet who lit tonight"

Translation: I am in the Virginia Beach area (area code 757). The authorities have taken off my ankle bracelet. Who is intoxicated tonight?

"They done f@#$d up and let me loose" - followed by a bunch of laughing smileys and stacks of dollar bills.

Translation: Now that I have the bracelet off, I'm back to my thug ways and stealing money.

I don't think this young lad was staying on the straight and narrow while on bond.

Spot On. I will do the same. These judges and parole board members, to name a few, work in the shadows and are never accountable for their errors in judgement. We all make 'em, but when it becomes a pattern . . .
